They are busy, but got a cancelation, and called me to fit me in. Punctual, fast at solving the plumbing issue, very curteous, and I think they aren't overly expensive.

Very prompt and professional. The prices are fair and the customer service is top notch. I always use them if I have any plumbing needs.

We had 2 other Plumbing Companies come out to get rid of a smell from our shower. They where clueless.
Jeff's Plumbing new what was causing the problem before they had even ran the smoke test that we had call them out to due. They save us the cost of the smoke test and explained what we needed to do to get rid of smell.
Jeff's Plumbing is the only plumbing company that I am going to use from now on.

On a super busy day for them, Jeff's Westside Plumbing still made it out to fix my broken pipe, same day. Always professional and efficient and their costs are always reasonable.

Really disappointing that I was quoted "no more than $120" to install the faucet/ sink in our new vanity. Total cost was $220. just for about 4 minutes work. Oh well, live and learn right?

The plumber was very professional and polite. He was masked for the entire time. He repaired my shower quickly and did a great job. The price was fair.

Water heater done. Was it pricey? Maybe. Was it done right? Absolutely. Did they go above and beyond? Yes. You pay for what you get....do you want your stuff fixed or repaired?

I had a leak in the vicinity of my hot water heater and these guys came out and had it fixed within about two hours, and for a reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Left voice mail they never responded. Stop one of their trucks two guys just sitting Round corner from my house. They told me call for appointments. When I finally reached someone, she was very snotty and told me to call for leak inspection first. I told her, I was referred by a friend bc Jeff's could find the leak. She wouldn't schedule appointment. Had problems solved through another Plumber.

Had Jeff's westside plumbing replace mutiple frozen shuttoff valves that were leaking in the bathroom that needed to be sweated off and replaced. Extremely satisfied with their service. Very skilled, professional, and clear communication of what was wrong and what they would do. The work was done quickly and the price was very fair. Thank you JWP.

Horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! They came to my house but never installed anything or did any work at my house but charged me for coming out to give me a quote. They said that they had to charge because they ran a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my water heater. I'm so disgusted by this business. The worker, Jesse was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept on mentioning the time and how they charged by the hour. Unbelievable. Please do not waste your time with these crooks.

Look at the way they respond to complaints. Defensive and shady. THESE GUYS ONLY CARE ABOUT BILLING YOU BY THE HOUR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!

I would like warn you to use this company. I hired them based on google review and was very much disappointed. They installed a new sewer pump in July 222 for my rental property and it went bad in September 22. They did not provide any warranty and told me that they would install a better pump which they did not install last time and they would provide warranty no matter what happens to the pump including rocks/wipes. They kept on blaming my tenants the if they would keep on pouring rocks and wipes through the toilet (This is insane!!). Also, while I asked for a written statement for the coverage of the pump, they replied if they would cover if it is not for rocks/wipes. I called the company and asked them that this is not what they told me just yesterday, the guy told me he forgot what he told me which is very funny because he was telling lies. I live far from Texas and hired this company based on Google review, the work they did was related to sewer pump/cleaning sewer tank. This is a smelly work and they make any story they want to make. Alerts for you if you are here to hire them based on review. AVOID! AVOID AVOID! Get away from this scams.

Definitely would recommend! We have had bad experiences with repairman in El Paso. However, this was the first time where I felt they did not over charge me for the job and it was done the same day, and quickly. We had hot water again in less than 2 hours. They were professional. There were no surprises. They gave me the cost of all the options and things I may run into so I could have a rough idea.

Great job, Mike and Ricky arrived to repair a leak under my garage concrete floor. Very careful and clean work to get to it, make the repair and cleanup afterward.And done at a reasonable price.
