We reported a toilet leak which they failed to find because they troubleshooted for about 5 min. Had they flushed the toilet more than twice and waited for a few minutes longer, they would have seen the water come out of the base.

On top of that, they sent me a bill for $105 without explaining what it was for. Called them again and the lady told me that even if they're there for 5 minutes I need to pay them the $105 service fee. Keep in mind this was never disclosed to me when I booked the appointment or when the plumbers got here. I have no problem paying for services rendered, I will even pay for gas, but when they have this kind of attitude I will for sure not be using them again.

I will pay them their "service fee" and forget they even exist.

Edit: I feel like this could have been turned around easily by having basic customer skills. Apologize for not finding the leak first. Explain the $105 service fee. Offer to come back and fix the problem.

Edit 2: Karen contacted me, apologized, and sent out someone to fix the problem. Very hrstgrat that she was able to take care of this in less than a day.

I have used Jeff's Plumbing for several years. They recently repaired an entire main water line with copper. They did an excellent job. My thank you to the plumber's excellent skills.

Henry, the manager is very understanding, cares about his customers, and is helpful.

Another great experience with Jeff’s Westside Plumbing. Ramon and Carlos changed out two faucets and a water heater for us. The countertop holes for the faucets placed them awkwardly close to the wall and they did an amazing job squeezing everything into the space. So wonderful to return to great water pressure.

The new Bradford White water heater is also working like a charm.

They replaced sprinkler valve and charged me more than $600.00 for a quick repair. A year later sprinkler is dripping and has a leak again but they won’t fess up to it and fix their poor quality job.
Make sure you ask how much is going to be for the repairs.

We had a gas line reconfigured and gas dryer installed that Lowes could not do. They were prompt, polite and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We will be using Jeff's for all our plumbing needs.

Jeff’s Westside Plumbing had amazing service, they came on schedule and installed a pretty tricky water heater. I was truly impressed by the work they did. Great pricing too. 10/10 would recommend.

Daniel and Richard did a great job installing a new water heater in a new location. We were also pleased Jeff’s Westside kept to the original quote even though the work took 2 days. It did take a week for them to actually give us the quote; it sounded like someone in management was very busy and missing tasks. The guys who came and actually did the work were great though.

P.s. It cost $120 for someone to come out for 5 minutes to prepare the quote/estimate, which they did not tell us beforehand (usually estimates are free in my experience). They also forgot to discount the $120 we paid for the estimate off the final bill even though they said they would. But the work was well done which is what matters most.

I have been using Jeff’s Westside Plumbing for over 10 years, because they are reliable, quick, efficient and intensely honest. I call them for big problems and little ones. When the issue is something small and easy, like a leaking sink, or a toilet that won’t flush (small but beyond my skill set), they come and they tell me right away, This is a simple problem.

They fix it and then they go. They don’t try to create other problems, and they give me sound advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

Before I found Jeff’s, I would use whatever plumber I could find online, and I didn’t always get the most honest representatives.

Called to clear a shower drain. Called on Thursday gave me a Saturday morning appointment came and spent around 2 hours, said could not clear the drain, left an open p-trap and mess. Said would call on Monday to give estimate to replace pipe. On Monday received a call saying could not give estimate, told them about open p-trap, was told they would have to buy a cover , never heard from them again. Called Sun City plumbers they came and in a half hour the drain was cleared. They also gave me an estimate Jeff's couldn't do.

I’m a Happy customer. They did a great job for less than 1/3 of the price that was quoted by another plumbing company. Kind, professional and effective. Thank you very much for your service.

WOW ! I am incredibly impressed with this service provider. I called today upon their opening today. I requested a plumber to install new fixtures in my bath and kitchen. They said they can do and within 2,5 hours two of the nicest gentlemen one could ask for arrived. I showed them the fixtures I purchased and they got right to work. They asked if I had any questions upon completion and they cleaned up behind themselves. I have used Roto-Rooter for about two years and have spent an enormous amount with them. I was unhappy with the most recent service so I reached out to Jeff's. I am so incredibly pleased with the service and will never use another plumber. I just wish I had started with them. They fixed the problem and switched out my faucet for less than a fourth what Roto was quoting me. I got an $800 quote elsewhere, and Jeff's professional plumbers did it for $150. I am honestly embarrassed that I did not look at my options. If you are looking for a plumber, choose Jeff's!

I normally don't leave reviews but wow I highly recommend this company. They were prompt and honest about the work and charged fairly. They offer military discounts as well. Great company and workers.

I took a recommendation from Nextdoor to use Jeff’s Westside plumbing. They arrived in 3 days and installed an outside water faucet ($10.00) it took them exactly 22 minutes. I will say their work was excellent although they aren’t reasonably priced. 22 minutes and 10.00 part cost me $170.00

Called to have a toilet installed in my primary bedroom. Jr came out and was awesome! I often have contractors that come out and make it seem as if they are doing me a favor or treat me poorly. Not the case with Jr as he went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and ensured I was happy with the final result. I really appreciate the honesty. The work was also well done and I will certainly be calling them in future!

Ramon, and Gavin, showed up exactly when they said they would be here. Both of them were very professional. They fixed my plumbing issue I had. And they gave me an very good estimate for the repair of my home sprinkler system. Very honest, up front and easy to deal with. I highly recommend.

Fair prices as far as plumbing goes. I had a drain pipe installed last year and was done perfectly. As a DIY guy, I read thoroughly before starting a project. We discussed how it was going to work out, and the plumber did exactly what he said up to the angles, etc. Recently had a little bit of a problem, but the office staff responded promptly.
