Scheduled an appointment with PRONTO plumbers a week in advance. Called me HALF AN HOUR before the appointment to RESCHEDULE. I had taken a day off already. The receptionist was extremely rude and did not offer to reschedule. She hung up on me and kept saying that they have personal issues and customers don’t understand. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called and they sent someone out within an hour and a half. The two men were very courteous and professional. They did a great job, quick and clean. I asked and also recieved a senior discount. Thanks Pronto.
