Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a tankless water heater service scheduled today between 8am and 10am and instead of receiving a courtesy phone call, I was sent an email on the day of my scheduled service canceling the appointment and stating they couldn’t reschedule until after the 26th of January. Keep in mind I had already taken the day off of work for this scheduled service!

The day before my appointment I spoke with Victor who was right off the back was extremely rude and spoke over me the entire time, refusing to let me explain or even finish a sentence. There was no effort to listen or provide any level of customer service yet was demanding a $355 service charge without even having listened or shown up for any kind of work. I tried explaining that Angie (office manager) had already given me the price of $155 (assessment fee) and he basically said “it’s $355 did you still want me to go”.

Customer service matters just as much as the work, and this experience was completely unprofessional. I will never use Pronto Plumbing again and will be sure to warn friends and family about the poor service. Save yourselves the headache and call anyone else!

Pronto Plumbers came within the scheduled wimdow. Water was spinning out from the PCB, as seen in the left picture. Fabian and Eliseo performed the work, leaving the landscaping looking better than before there was a plumbing issue, as seen in the right picture. Fabian and Eliseo were very cordial, courteous, and respectful.

Number listed is not the correct one. Whomever answers the phone will listen to your concern but then advise - "wrong number".

Installed my faucet once and fixed my pipe leak another time. All at a very reasonable price with no problems.

My grandmother in law called this guy. He went to “fix” the water heater in her house because it was tagged by the gas company. He didn’t do anything except plug it in, tell her it was fixed take her money. He refuses to come back and when anyone calls him he acts like he can’t hear you. If I could give him 0 stars I would because that’s messed up that he won’t help a 80 yr old woman who paid for his services. Don’t go with this guy, contact anyone else.

Called for a sewer clean out due to toilet backing up into the tub. Not only did they send out a plumber who spoke ZERO English (should that not be a requirement on this side of the border?) with a child to translate, he claimed is was over 100 feet to the clog, took my $40 and left without fixing a thing.

The clog is right by the toilet. It takes 2-3 flushes to back up into the tub.

We now have another plumber coming out to actually do the job we hired Rocha to do in the first place.

Extremely unprofessional. I called to get a quote, me not being a plumber and not knowing fully, he instead started mocking me and laughing with a group of people behind. Additionally, he came to my home for a fix for another job, and didnt fix anything. The water was still getting stuck, and on top of that he got my water stopper stuck inside the pipe, which required me to open up the pipe. Stay away!

We had a clog that was stopping our showers and our toilets one night. We called and the next morning Jose showed up and immediately got to work. He was very intentional about finding the problem and located it pretty quickly. Our pipes are old so he took his time to ensure the pipes were not damaged as he unclogged them. Jose was very patient and worked until the problem was fixed. Highly recommend!

Have been with Rocha plumbing for 6 plus years have always had the same person come to my house (J Garcia), have had good service and never any problems after work is done. Always goes over what needs to be done before he starts, and takes his time to make sure its done right. Very friendly and professional.

I had a horrible problem, my toilet and shower got clogged. I was panicking and scared it was going to cost me so much money and worried it will take long for someone to come. I called Rocha plumbing and they sent Jose . He was very professional and explained in detail
what the issues was. He also explained in detail what can or can’t happen in the process of trying to unplug to make sure we understood what he was doing. Luckily he was able to unclog it and provided great feedback on how to avoid future clogging. I was beyond satisfied. And felt very happy with the service and price. Highly recommend!!!!

I used Rocha Plumbing for a leak I had in my home. It was on a Saturday and Jose Garcia showed up quickly at my home. He quickly fixed the problem and stopped the water leak from the toilet. He was very professional and explained what the problem was. He did a superb job. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend them. Thank you Jose Garcia and Rocha Plumbing !! Excellent company.
