Had the parts I needed.

I literally just walked out after waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. It was perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Ferguson, you just lost a customer indefinitely.

Worst customer service ever! Just walked in they said they couldn't help me unless I had a part number. Did not even try helping. Found the part at Lowes!
