The guy doesn’t even answer the phone with a professional greeting ( ie. Bobs plumbing. May I help help you.).

I had clogged tub, he unclogged it minutes. No problem since.

Prompt service, fair pricing, and most important, fixed my water heater problem.

Tried to do it on my own failed, he arrived in 1 hour and finished in 30 mins answered all my questions no problem and even showed ne how to do it myself very nice man.

He is very knowledgeable man, and a professional man. He explained everything thoroughly, he showed us the leak, after he fixed it, and sealed it.

Called C&S Plumbing because we had a pipe burst on the second floor of my house and it was flooding. They said they would be out as soon as possible, but it may take awhile because of availability. Understood. They never came. They never called. Thanks for nothing.

Mr.Starr is a completely unreliable and and waste of time. We went with him due to reasonable pricing but now since regret it. A job that should have been only a two week job has been going on 6 months and yet to be completed. We can never get a follow up not even an answer from him. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS LIKE WE DID. We are ones that never write reviews but this is something that we do not anyone else to experience.
