I used them because of American Home Shield and I am very pleased that they are a provider for them because they did amazing work. They answered all my questions, they communicated the issue with my water heater and what parts were covered and what parts weren't. They gave me options and made sure I was comfortable with the replacement water heater we got. Went over the warranty and scheduled for the city inspector to come inspect the work. They did a great job and I am really happy with them. I will be saving their number if I ever need any repairs in the home for the future.

Reliable plumbing has been doing our plumbing repairs for the last several years. Relaible plumbing is the only plumbers that have been to our home.
We have had 8 water leaks due to faulty pipes from the PEX pipe manufacturer.

I had written the below review six months ago but I called them for a leak. I was going through my warranty and they had a very bad attitude and said it was a hassle dealing with the warranties. They did say if I just called them directly they would fix it. They showed up and said there was no leak. I had turned off the water supply for a week trying to avoid damage to the house. Even with water leaking and penetrating the rug they said there was no leak and I could call them back in 30 days. They had no leak detection device or anything. You would figure they would carry these tools to try to diagnose a leak properly. Seriously? Won't be calling them anymore. The next company I called came equipped with the tools. Located the leak within an hour and quickly fixed it. I wasted time losing work for an incompetent company.

My home warranty American home shield had Ramon with Reliable Plumbing call me to set up appointment to replace my kitchen faucet, was very nice and professional. Listened to my concerns. Anthony showed up to replace my kitchen faucet. Anthony was very polite professional his work was miraculous. He explained everything he was gonna do to replace the kitchen faucet. Made sure I was satisfied before he left and instructed if I had any problems to call the office. .

American home shield sent them to repair a couple leaky faucets and they had the parts in the van so the repair was quick and easy. Professional and efficient. Would recommend them.

Reliable Plumbing was quick to respond to my leaking and non-heating water heater. They diagnosed the problem and immediately let me know the hot water heater needed to be replaced (the hard water in El Paso does a number on them!). They ordered the new hot water heater and installed it the very next day.

Reliable Plumbing was outstanding! I had a leak in my laundry room and they came out quickly and fixed it right away. While they were here, they also checked my water pressure and noticed it was way too high. After inspecting the pressure valve, they found it wasn’t working properly and fixed it on the spot. That repair alone probably saved me thousands of dollars in potential pipe damage.

I called Reliable Plumbing to fix a mistake on a bathroom tub faucet that another company had made the day before. That other tech had tried to get out the old cartridge from behind the handle and he pounded and used hammers and a screwdriver and ended up scoring and scratching up the inside cylinder where the cartridge goes. Now it leaked from the spout and the handle! So, Charlie and Bubba from Reliable came out, showed us the scratches inside the cylinder, said it was really bad but they would try to work at sanding them out and hopefully get it to work. After sanding and installing a new cartridge...it worked! We were thrilled to have someone with the knowledge to try it. They were friendly and courteous but most of all they had the experience to figure it out and save us from having to tear parts of the wall out, which saved us money. We can't thank Charlie and Bubba enough.

Our home warranty assigned our way water heater claim to Reliable Plumbing and we could are pleased with the outcome. Ramon walked me through all the steps and was able to get us with a new water heater quickly. Everyone at Reliable Plumbing are professional, knowledge on how home warranties work, and kind. Very professional, they took the time to explain to us the issues after their assessment and repair, when we asked about a past issue they were able to go back in their records and find out the answer.
