They were amazing. They helped me so much in dealing with my warranty company making sure that they didn’t give me any false information. As soon as my water heater was available they squeezed me in the same day so that I could have hot water for Christmas . Absolutely amazing, definitely recommend everyone from the customer service to the technicians were friendly and helpful.

Reliable plumbing was great. They were very courteous. They were very professional. They gave us information that we needed on any question that we asked. They were on time for the installation and the evaluation. I would recommend them to anyone.

Living out in the county it’s always hard to find professionals to come out to install appliances or have major services done. Reliable Plumbing is one of the few who not only came out but to install our new stove but has been there every time we needed them. The first time was for a slab leak we had that they fixed as well that day. We have recommended them to friends and family now because we love them. Thank you to Christian and his partner for coming out again in putting our new stove. If something comes up again, we know who we are gonna call.

Update 8/9/24: so after getting our new stove installed, our water heater decided it needed work too so we called Reliable Plumbing. Brian and Danny were amazing and right when I met them I knew they were gonna be great. Brian is great at explaining the process and how the codes work to make sure everything is up to code and safe. Despite the space we had for the new water heater, Brian and Danny made it work with without having to cut into the wall which was what was originally planned. We are always happy to call Reliable Plumbing and we will keep calling you all if anything happens. Thank you again for helping us.

Reliable plumbing provided great service with my 2 toilets. Miguel and Bryant replaced the broken parts in minutes since the repair truck alresdy had the parts. Nice work and I will definitely ise them when needed. Thanks.

Reliable Plumbing service was great. I had water heater and garbage disposal problem. Techs (Jonathan & Charlie) arrived promptly, as scheduled, quickly assessed issues and replaced garbage disposal and fixed TRV on my water heater. Manager (Ramon) and techs were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

My experience with my technicians was pleasant and helpful. That being said my experience with the owner was sexist and unprofessional. TWICE. When I attempted to make a decision the owner Raymond's response was to tell me he was going to call my husband for approval. When my husband called him out on how as an equally qualified home owner his comment was extremely offensive and sexist Raymond belittled me and in front of his techs and my husband saying I was misinterpreting and in the wrong.

Had a water leak in the laundry room. Plumbers were sent to my home to replace 2 old water valves. GREAT SERVICE! Fast, easy and RELIABLE!! Thank you guys!

I just wanted to say thank you for the quick turnaround on my request to replace the toilet flanges and installing a couple of toilets. The work was done quickly, professionally, and your team went above and beyond in helping get this done before the weekend.
They knew exactly what they were doing and explained the work before starting. They kept to the quote they provided and added a few extras which now days caught me happily by surprise. They cleaned up before they left and It’s not always easy finding people who are just polite and take pride in their work.
I appreciate the quality and care they put into the job, as always, I will be calling Reliable Plumbing again.

Nick and Aaron are fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast to show up to the house on an emergency call, Nick checked the code on the water heater and and outside faucet water pressure. 10/10 would recommend, will use again if needed in the future

Great customer service all around. Emergency clean out needed. Came out quick. Unfortunately the clean out pipe broke. They ran the line and unclogged it. Recommended make an appointment to save in the labor. Nick an Aaron came out. Got straight to work, quick return when they had to go buy pipe. Did the work quick and cleaned up the area nice. They were so polite and respectful. Because of the owner, Nick and Aaron, I’ve added to my contact list. And the price was decent. Thank you for such great service!

Anthony was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the service he provided. He was thorough and explained the issues with our water heater in a way that was easy to understand. Originally came out to fix a toilet leak a couple weeks ago, they were fast and thorough, explained everything to me. Pricing was really reasonable and they did a good job. Then had to call them back out this week to help with the pilot on our water heater pilot that gave out. Christian explained everything again to me. Even showed me how to relight the pilot incase it turned off. They took care of ordering the parts and came back out quickly to swap out the assembly.
They always take good care of us and are always our first call for plumbing.

We needed a gas range installed but I only would be home on Sunday. Not a problem for Reliable Plumbing! Crew was on time, great communication and amazing customer service. Helped with replacing old gas valve as well. Affordable pricing and for a Sunday I was truly grateful.
