Ivan came over and installed a new single bowl sink, faucet and soap dispenser at our home in North East El Paso. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He was able to reroute the pipes to keep our current garage disposal too. It was also a great price and they had next day availability. Highly recommend. We are thrilled with our new kitchen sink setup and recommend Liberty Plumbing 100%!

Albert came in and gave me a brand new water heater install same day. He gave me the military discount. I’m really grateful that he came in so fast to help me out especially being a new home owner. I for sure will be calling Liberty for all my plumbing needs.

We had a random leak late in the evening (after business hours) and of course I was in a frantic state while searching for a plumber. I called Liberty Plumbing and Albert answered and provided immediate assistance. He scheduled for them to come to my home first thing the next morning, and they completed amazing work within two days the job was completed. I am extremely grateful for their fast responses, top notch customer service from all levels, and restoring our home to a leak free environment.

Albert and his team were fantastic. This is the second time they have done work for us and both times were great. The first time, they worked on our water heater. They explained everything very clearly and were able to install a new water heater quickly and with no problems. This most recent time, they repaired a slab leak in our bathroom. It sounded worrisome considering the leak was under our tub. They located the leak and quickly repaired it. After the repair, they cleaned up the area.

They are a very professional team. They are punctual, thorough, and kind. We will definitely be returning customers!

We had the unfortunate experience of having a slab leak and the first plumbing company we called wanted us to replace the tankless water heater. We are thankful we found Liberty plumbing who took care of the entire process from start to finish including finding the leak. They were in and out in one day and were very nice and professional to top it off. Glad they made the smallest hole possible in our slab. Would definitely use them again!

I called them on Wednesday, and they came that same day and inspected my water heater and diagnosed the problem. The following day, Thursday, they provided me with their services and got me set with hot water again. Fast service, good customer service , good prices. Highly recommend this company. I called about my sink Ivan the plumber got sent out to my home fixed my problem. I got a discount wasn’t too expensive he was very nice and understanding and he didn’t have a problem letting me watch over his shoulder he even explained to me what the problem was and how I could fix it. He even got on the phone with my husband to explain everything to him.

New customer here. Contacted Liberty Abraham was nice over the phone to make an appointment with. The tech that came out Ivan was Awesome!!!! And very knowledgeable and finished the gas dryer install quickly with no issues whatsoever. Service was not overpriced at all...definitely gained a return customer.

They installed our water heater and fixed our sink. Very timely and fair pricing. The guys are kind and answered all of our questions. Will be coming back to them for any of our needs

My husband and I have an older home, this means I washer was in our kitchen and it drove us nuts. We called Liberty plumbing to come out and do an estimate. We told them that we wanted the washer moved to the utility room, a second drainage line put in and to put in connection for a dish washer for the kitchen.

Liberty plumbing did such a clean and amazing job, running new water lines with external shut off valves in case of cold weather, dug and put in the drainage line and added two blow out valves in our yard, and got the dishwasher hookups installed.

The crew was extremely informative, polite and on time. What I would have expected to take 2 weeks to accomplish they had done in less than 4 working businesses days.

Saying my husband and I very pleased with the work is an understatement. It is beyond amazing not to have the washer in the kitchen any longer. I know will have extra counter space, my house is a little less noisy with it being in the utility room and being able to shut the door, we have no leaks, and was a first time pass when they inspector came out before they buried the line out front.

I definitely plan on using them again in the future for any repairs or upgrades whenever we do choose to rent out our home.

We did talk to other plumbers like Roto-Rooter, they gave us a smaller quote but they didn’t want to add another drainage line for our yard. We definitely contemplated on who to go with, but I’m beyond happy we paid the extra money to get what we wanted with a crew that definitely will not cut corners and do the job right the first time!

These guys are awesome!!!! Ivan came to check out our problem, gave an estimate and was able to help us out. He is an excellent professional and did the job quick! Only did what was necessary! Cleaned up any mildew we had and replaced the concrete that was removed. Would definitely call them again for any future problems and highly recommend them!

This company is wonderful!! They were responsive, honest, gave us options on the best way to fix our issue and very knowledgeable. We have already recommended them to several people and will call them when we need any plumbing done.

IVAN gets all the praise! He was a great plumbing technician, and went above and beyond to help me and my partner with an emergency leak right in front of our new purchased property. He was fast and efficient, and even helped us even get a sweeter deal with Liberty Plumbing, saving us $500! My experience with Liberty Plumbing was amazing and reasonable to say the least. With a quick leak detection, and the job being done rather quickly and very professionally, me and my partner will call Liberty Plumbing if we ever need a plumber again, since they gained our trust and loyalty with this experience.

Great service i called yesterday for a no emergency issue they scheduled me for 11am the next morning, Ivan and Dean came out and found my problem very quickly then gave me a quote to fix it. They were extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Liberty Plumbing if you’re in need for a plumber.

I had a fantastic experience with Liberty Plumbing! They not only arrived on time, but even a bit early, which was a pleasant surprise. The plumbers Albert and Ivan were incredibly informative, explaining everything clearly. What's more, their prices were competitive compared to other quotes I received. I called Liberty Plumbing this afternoon to request consultation on repair for my hot water heater (pilot went out but won't re-light). Mr. Abraham answered and requested context from me, as well as allowed me to send him pictures for a more specific assessment. In addition, he posed clarifying questions, which helped him to determine the best course of action for me. In my case, replacement is not only necessary, but long overdue, and he walked me through the long-term and cost-effective benefits of addressing this replacement now as opposed to waiting any longer.

While I still need to call back to schedule, I felt compelled by my call with Mr. Abraham to both leave a positive review for and look no further than Liberty Plumbing. I greatly appreciated Mr. Abraham's willingness to field my questions and help educate me on the best path forward for my home, and I look forward to do doing business with Liberty Plumbing. Review Update:

01/02/26: Liberty Plumbing came out for a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) install. Dean was our plumbing professional today.

Upon arrival, Dean assessed the area the PRV was going to be installed and got to work immediately.

Once finished, Dean walked me through the work he completed, as well as oriented me to use of the PRV should I ever need to make adjustments. He also offered to inspect our recently installed hot water heater for any issues (there were none). We expressed that our water does get fairly hot and he adjusted the settings for us.

After handing me my receipt, Dean said “thank you for choosing Liberty Plumbing.”

Dean installed the PRV, the associated valve box, made the landscaping area look wonderful where the dig was, educated me on the PRV, checked our water heater and, in addition to all this, he made sure I felt valued as a customer by thanking me for choosing Liberty Plumbing.

I’m grateful for Dean, Abraham (for the initial consultation and scheduling flexibility), and for Liberty Plumbing altogether. This group has made it abundantly clear that they care about and intend to do right by their customers. Thank you!

Liberty did a great job! They were able to complete the work in a single weekend. The worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up the worksite when they were finished, including all the packaging which they loaded neatly into my trash cans. They also upgraded my installation at no additional charge.

We’ve been using Liberty plumbing since we moved to El Paso 4 years ago. Always impressed with their professionalism and quick response. They recently replaced our water heater at a much better price than other companies in the area. From phone call to completion, took less than 3 hours.

Liberty plumbing is amazing. Ivan explained exactly what needed to be done to provide us a new code compliant hot water heater and the next day Albert and Ivan arrived to complete the work they took care to protect flooring and personal items. There was no hidden costs or deviation from the plan as explained by Ivan. We need to upgrade our bathrooms in the future, Liberty Plumbing will be who we call.
