I had a really bad sewer smell at my office and Jose D and Cesar came out and did a smoke test, when the smoke test came back as no leaks inside my shop they went even further and determined the smell was coming from some exposed cleanouts outside being pulled into the hvac system. Recommend these guys 100%!!!!!

I was very disappointed with the quality of service. My water heater recently broke and the gentleman who assessed it did a poor job of explaining what was wrong with my unit. He was vague and unhelpful and actually gave me incorrect information on the age of my heater. I was told that the problem was a "high limit switch" and that I would need a new heater. They quoted me $3000 to replace. I had another company come and look at the heater the next day and they were much more professional and actually took the time to inspect the unit and communicate what was wrong and provided the correct age of my unit. They quoted my $1950 to replace. The difference in service quality was night and day. I do not recommend Roto-Rooter and thoroughly regret contacting them.

Miguel and his team did an amazing job! We are very happy with the work they did and the urgency they showed when it came to getting the job done! Roto responded quick on a weekend, diagnosed and fixed a leak in our wall, and started the cleanup process (baseboards off and blowers) all in one day! I would have waited till Monday for a plumber otherwise. Ezequiel was the man!

My wife and I discovered that we had a blocked sewer line when coming back from work. Sewer water overflowed our walk in shower and our bath tub had sewer water in it as well. We called Roto Rooter and within an hour, Raul showed up. He cleaned the outdoor water line and showed us with a camera what the issue was: underground roots and toilet paper. Raul told to my wife and I his recommendations for the future to reduce from this happening again. Raul was very approachable and kind and answered all our questions regarding our issue. No Honesty! the crew show up at home identify that the leak did not need a detection service and charge $500dls for a service to just cut pipe and put a plug. This was a ripoff taken advantage of the customers,

We had a middle of the night emergency. We were able to be slotted early in the morning. Johnathan Segoviano was quick and super friendly, so was the young lady that kept me informed . Thank you, will definitely be using and recommending them for any plumbing emergencies.

We had a main waterline spring a leak and they came right away, found the exact spot, replaced it all within a few hours and covered over w new concrete. Excellent work, prompt, courteous, they were super nice guys and funny too! Great experience overall.

Wow, these guys are the rarest of finds when it comes to jobbers. They are 100% truly and completely HONEST!! How would I know? Well, I just called two plumbers trying to get an estimate to replace a disposal that wasn't working. The Roto-Rooter guy arrived just as the other plumber was finishing up and giving me a $480 estimate to do the job. The Roto-Rooter guy looked at my old disposal, took an allen wrench to the bottom of it, mechanically unstuck it, and let me know that it was actually fine - only stuck due to rust buildup from not being used very much. Best of all, he said I owed them absolutely nothing. From the other guy's $480 to free! How's that for honesty? THANK YOU Roto-Rooter for being stand up, honest, and fair even when I didn't know any better. You can bet that, moving forward, I will be calling you guys every time I need a plumber!

Raul was extremely helpful! He not only unclogged our shower pipe, but offered advice on an issue we had with our kitchen sink. He was able to unclog the kitchen sink, which was something two other plumbers could not do. Roto Rooters is most definitely worth it & I wish we would have called them the first time we had clogged sinks/showers! I highly recommend them!

I would like to commend Roto-Rooter for providing excellent service. My toilet was not flushing completely and there was backup in my tub. Jonathan came out and was joined by Gus, who snaked a video line and discovered a cracked cast-iron pipe and a crumbling clay structure partially blocking the pipe. They got the flow going so I could have service overnight. The next day, Jonathan returned with Gavin. They broke through the driveway and replaced the 60-yr-old cast iron section with PVC. They then backfilled and expertly cemented the site with two cleanout access caps. I want to thank Jonathan, Gavin and Gus for their kind, courteous, caring and highly skilled work. They conducted themselves as true professionals and I appreciate all their hard work! I want to make sure that you are aware of how grateful and pleased I am with the work done by these gentlemen. Thank you for your amazing work and congratulations on a job well done!

I will begin by saying that this company is the real deal. After doing some trouble shooting work with my water heater I suspected a hot water leak somewhere in the house. Not wanting to wait for things to possibly get worse I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday morning and they had a tech there 1 hour after my call. And yes they located a slab leak in the garage next to the water heater. They checked the entire house for water damage and found nothing else other than the leak under the garage concrete slab. Ezequiel and Orlando explained the best fix option , provided a quote and got straight to work on the repair. Work was completed the same day. Our hot water was back to normal that afternoon. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Jessie and David identified the problem quickly, started as a snake then a jet blaster I believe. Cleared the line and gave advice on how to keep the lines clean and clog free as much as a home owner can. They get 5 stars but billing dropped the ball and because of billing I’m taking away a star, for not being transparent and blowing me off for 2 days.

The billing is different, signed and agreed to a price, technicians billed me let’s say 1K for instance, but my card got charged an additional $54.00. In my email receipt by RR it in no way shows why they tacked on an additional $54, it only shows they charged me $1k. On my credit card it shows $1054.00

This is a billing issue and not the workers. This is my issue with RR, in the past what I signed is what I was billed exactly. First time this happens and trying to correct with RR, they won’t look into it until Monday-Friday.

Noticed a leak in ceiling/wall above/next to hot water heater in garage. I called Roto-Rooter and within a few hours leak was repaired.

Mr. Gavin, the plumber that arrived, was very knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed/verified cause for leak, identified parts needed, secured parts, and repaired.

He took time to explain repair and answer all questions!

To add Miguel from Roto-Rooter called to check if I needed assistance with clean up from leak. He stopped by at my request to take a look. Again, very professional and Informative.
