Raul was fantastic. He took the time to fully understand the issue before jumping into diagnosing and running tests. He clearly explained everything that was happening and what may have caused it, which we really appreciated. He left the area clean, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the whole process. He even shared helpful tips to prevent future problems. Highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed with the service from Roto-Rooter on the West Side of El Paso. Jonathan was the technician who came to my business for a clogged toilet. Instead of checking the clean-out first, he immediately removed the toilet and charged me 650 dollars. After spending hours there, he finally realized the issue was actually coming from the other building, which is something I had already experienced before and tried to explain, but he refused to listen.

It felt like he was trying to stay longer just to bill more hours, and then he even returned the next day. The whole situation was unnecessary, expensive, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend their service based on this experience.

We had an outstanding experience with Orlando and Frank. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was done with great attention to detail, and the final result was flawless. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Highly recommend if you want the job done right.

Called the day after Thanksgiving and they answered immediately. Had a crew at house within a couple of hours. They tackled a job that became more then expected and worked into the dark to have us up and going again. Excellent work and service. Will definitely save on phone to use again.

We have been doing business with Plumbers for 8 yrs. We have seen them grow substantially. We have had major work done and minor things. They are responsible and stand behind their work. We especially like their professional and that their work is guaranteed for 120 days. More importantly, they get it right the first time. We recently (Aug 2025) had new faucets installed and Johnathan did an excellent job and was left our area clean. I would highly recommend Jonathan from Plumbers.

I have needed their services on several occasions and their employees have always been timely and professional. I have also recommended them to some of my neighbors and they too have been impressed. The last repair was for a leaking water line located between floors in our house. The opening was only about 12" x 20" and the leaking line fed three other lines. It was pretty impressive watching the technician handle this repair. They are our go to plumbing company.

Called them on a Saturday evening for a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to come the next day. Very friendly and worked quickly to get it resolved. Definitely keeping their info for any other emergencies. Was able to pay with a card which was convenient.

Had a water leak in my kitchen that spread to our living room. And of course it happens on a Saturday night. I called Plumbers Drain Cleaning, who told me they can have someone at our home in about an hour. Within 20-30 mins after calling, Charlie "Carlos" shows up at our home. He took his time looking for the leak, explaining everything he was doing, and was able to start the process of fixing it. As a homeowner, I dread these situations, but Charlie and his co-workers make it easy, communicate well, dont try to upsell you or pressure you, and show up on time when they say they will. Very fortunate that they are available 24/7!
