Had a leak on my water heater and needed a new one. Richy was able to remove and install in less then 2 hours. Just in time for me to leave and pick up my little one from daycare. Clean work.

Our boiler broke, and I was worried about how long it would take to fix it since this is the first time this has happened. Thankfully, my uncle-in-law gave me his information, and within a week, our boiler was fixed. He did an amazing job, and it was affordable. If we need plumbing services again, we now know who to call. We recommend him 100%.

We had continuously leaking outdoor wall mounted faucets to be repaired. Also, a wornout bathtub nozzle needed to be replaced. Ricky was complete with all three projects in record time. He also found that someone had in the past in correctly installed the tub spout. He corrected the issue and the spout works great. My wife and I appreciate his workmanship and his promptness.

I had some issues with connecting faucets to my shower, and Richy Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue with a fair price for the services. Richy -himself- also made some suggestions for my older home and gave me a great price for the replacement of some old, "leaky" pipes. In addition, although he came for the shower faucets, I hit him up with another issue I was having with a leaking toilet, and not only did he look at it, he also had the parts in his work truck needed. Had a damaged hose bib replaced. He was on time and finished the job in under 30 minutes. Very reasonable price and also made the hose bib easier for me to replace myself in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had our water heater go out and called so many plumbers we googled that were allegedly fast response time and 24 hour none answered none called back none showed up. We finally came across richy rooter and he immediately responded and came within 30 min to check it out. He covered all our options helped us find the cheapest but longest lasting option and was very fast and honest and hard working. He was respectful of our space and time and money and fixed an issue that we thought would be in the thousands for less than $200. He also follows up to see how things are going and if his work is holding up.I couldn’t recommend them more. A family company and an honest worker 10/10 recommend!

I called several different companies looking for someone to give me a reasonable quote for a toilet install and haul away my old toilet. After several ridiculously high priced quotes and also being told by some companies they didn’t do caulking all the way around the toilet which was odd I was almost going to give up looking .
On my final attempt at contacting a professional plumbing company I came across Richy Rooter and decided to give them a shot, I’m so happy I did. Ricardo was very polite and professional on the phone and in person he gave me a very reasonable quote and was available next day for my toilet install and haul away. He was on time super clean and extremely hard working. Ricardo finished in a decent amount of time and made sure I was happy with the results. I’m so happy I found this company and would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs. You would never know the toilet was replaced it looks like it has always been there and we are happy we got the work done so promptly in such short notice.

Ricardo answered him phone and immediately scheduled me for the following day. He was punctual and did a great job helping trouble shoot our problem. Had Zia plumbing tell me my drain was not draining due to incorrect pitch. They wanted $1500 for a repiping. Richy came and correctly trouble shoot the problem that I had a clogged drain outside the house. In addition to snaking the drain he also put in the camera to find the problem. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.
