Tony and Isaiah, did a great job with my tankless water heater install and I recommend them to anyone.

This was the first company that answered my call late in the afternoon after several calls to other companies. The water heater was leaking gas and water at my condo so it was a bit of an emergency. The water shut off affects 3 of the units at my building so I didn’t want to inconvenience them for long either. Quin answered the call and was very friendly and assuring. I received a text that Isaiah and Tony would be arriving at a certain time. They called 15 minutes before arrival. They were very friendly and efficient. They talked us through the process and explained our options answering all our questions. They were an extremely professional, reliable, efficient and friendly team. The gas line and water heater were replaced in less than 3 hours. My neighbors were not affected and they disposed of the damaged water heater. The cost was more than I expected but I feel confident it was done correctly, immediately and I will definitely call again.

The servicemen were polite and respectful. They finished their job in a timely manner. However there was one part of my interaction with them that gave me some pause. Initially after they looked over the problem and let me know what they would be replacing, I was told it would be one price. One of the servicemen was joking around and mixing up numbers and came up with a higher number. After he corrected himself and gave me the lower price they went about their work. When they were finishing up their work, I was called to come over and they showed me something else that was broken that hadn’t been broken before. I pointed that out to both servicemen that, that was not an issue beforehand. They assured me it needed to be fixed and stuff like that just happens. It wasn’t until I was getting ready to pay them for their service that lo and behold the cost of the service was conveniently the original high price that he jokingly had quoted before. Like I said they did a good job but I also hope I’m not being taking advantage of because I’m a woman and up charged. It just doesn’t sit right with me.

They came out to take a look and TRY to find the leak, SUPPOSABLY they found it with their little machine. We had people dig holes where he said the leak was at and the LEAK WAS NOT THERE. They never showed up again. Wrong diagnosis and charged wrongfully.

I had originally gave them 5 stars because they came and helped my mom out with a leak and then they came back after to do some more work when we converted a bathtub to a shower. My mom paid them over $700 to move a drain and do the pipes and all. My mother asked for an itemized receipt, got a regular one with just the total paid. Now 5 months later another leak. Called them because we were under the impression that their work was under warranty. They flat out told my mom they couldn't came back because there were too many hands in remodeling and how do they know they were the ones that messed up. I was a little shocked because I really like Quinn, we even swapped stories on Hawaii. I really don't want to speak bad because I have seen the other comments where the people from this company have posted, but I just wished they could have come and looked and checked. I am not saying they are the ones that didn't do the work correctly but they could have come and checked. That would have been the right thing to do. I'm just super disappointed that my mom had to deal with this situation.

Called late in the evening, was able to get an appointment by the next day. Quin came to tackle my plumbing problem. Didn't take long to get our water flowing to its full potential, perfection at work. Quin informed me on the cause of our issue and ways to maintain it and keep working to its capacity. Very professional and friendly, thank you Quin.

TYJ came to our rescue on Saturday afternoon! We were on our way out to attend a small family gathering when my husband noticed a leak in our backyard. We called several plumbers but everyone was booked for the day or could not make it out for several hours. TYJ Plumbing got to our house within 15 minutes of contacting them. Both gentlemen were professional and fixed the leak in what felt like 10 minutes. It was a bit pricey but given that it was an emergency and they were on call, it is understandable. They give up their Saturdays to be on call and that has to be worked into the price of their service. Thanks to TYJ Plumbing, we were able to make it to our family gathering a lot sooner than we expected!

They also identified two other weak points in some pipes outside and gave us a free estimate for getting that fixed at a later date. Based on my experience, I highly recommend their service!

We needed some faucets replaced and they came to replace them right away and on a weekend. Isaiah was very polite and well mannered. He is very young but very good at his job. He is very clean and proficient. Highly recommended!

Got quotes from a few companies and these guys were by far the cheapest to replace my broken water heater. Roto was TWICE as much. They came out same day for the quote and then same day when I went to make the actual appointment. They also have a one-year guarantee that if anything happens, they'll replace everything free. I had a guy named Quin who was super friendly, down to earth, and walked me through my new water heater when he was done.

Their service was great! Tony and Isaiah came to my house and found a large wooden nail in my garbage disposal knowledgeable in their services outstanding I will use them again for all my plumbing needs.
