Mr. Quinn, Mr. Tony and Mr. Isaiah helped us out tremendously with our 20 year old water heater issue. Mr. Tony and Mr. Isaiah arrived on 16APR25, gave us the honest breakdown of what was wrong and quickly removed old water heater and installed a new one on the same day within a 3 hour timeframe. The work was perfect and they are truly the best technicians you can hire. They even brought up other issues they found where the water drain reservoir pipe was covered in cement due to how the house was constructed 20 years ago. Mr. Quinn and Mr. Tony showed up the following day and fixed the issue. The other great thing they offer is a 6 year warranty but if you pay an extra $100 you will get 9 years. Great people. Great company and will support them as long as we live here. Thank you guys!

Isaiah and Tony were AWESOME! Called and had my faulty outdoor faucet and back-flow installed on the same day. Great crew, great service, professional job.

Quinn from the Plumbing Guys has done two projects at my house i've been really happy with the work. They came quickly and resolved the issue within a few hours both times. I felt very comfortable with the quality, which is a serious concern because i have a 77 year old house.

Isaiah and Tony did an excellent job correcting an ongoing issue I had at my home. They checked potential issue prior to narrowing my home’s low water pressure to our water softener system. They were highly friendly, professional, quick, and efficient. Thank you

Isaiah and Tony saved my sanity with the fantastic plumbing job they performed at my home. They removed my old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal to install new ones that I had purchased. They were clearly proficient in their trade, as well as quick and efficient. They even helped out with an emergency water softener system removal that was leaking as I was preparing to show it to them for a quote for future removal. Now, the service is a bit pricey, but I feel I got my money's worth. I am now enjoying the convenience of water from my kitchen faucet, the use of a garbage disposal and the sink basin it is in. Most especially, I have peace of mind now that I don't have to worry about water leaks. Thanks, Isaiah and Tony!

Great work by Isiah and Tony. We had two faucets replaced and a drain replaced also. The work was just what we wanted. The guys cleaned up after themselves. Great job!

TYJ came out to install four specialty air assisted toilets in my home, they also removed and took away the four old toilets. Isaiah and Tony came out for the install which took quite a few hours. They were courteous and very friendly and took extreme care to look out for my two elderly pups whom are deaf and like to supervise. That meant a lot to me! It's been a week and I can say with confidence the toilets are not just installed but professionally installed properly. Their work is excellent and worthy of five stars AND your business. Quick edit: Surprise discovery. I'm not confident coins are the proper method to stabilize a toilet installation but I am definitely not a plumber either. That's for you to decide. My husband spent a considerable amount of time reinstalling two of the toilets. I would still recommend them but just check the job when it's completed.

Called them to do a job. Booked and appointment no problem then they said they had to reschedule and we said ok and never even showed. We messaged them back to see if they would come and no response either. All in all unprofessionalism.

**Use a different plumber**
I currently have a lawsuit filed againts Plumbing Guys of El Paso for negligence. We hired Plumbing Guys to repair a minor leak in our bathroom and a separate pipe was broken during the repair. After they damaged the pipe they offered to repair the damages for $1200+. We hired a different plumber to fix the damages and asked Plumbing Guys to reimburse us for the repair costs but they refused. They had the opportunity to do the right thing but decided not to. Save yourself the time and money....use a different company.

DO NOT PAY THEM UP FRONT FOR WORK

The company we hired to fix the damage charged us after the repairs and they did a great job. Most reputable trades won't charge you up front before starting work. We never pay up front but we trusted them and got burned. Don't make the same mistake. I would give no stars if I could.

IES Residential does not provide plumbing services in El Paso or surrounding areas and they have nothing to do with this matter. The nearest plumbing location is 500 miles away. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid another company to do the work obviously. Only electrical services are provided in El Paso.

I'm simply trying to help others avoid making the same mistake we did in your company and this response only validates this further. I have all the pictures and support I need for our lawsuit and I plan on updating this thread regularly throughout this process to validate this review.

Is this what your future customers should expect from your company to be background checked and threatened should issues arise? I don't have a "criminal history" like you stated so now I plan on hiring an attorney for defamation. I'm also passing this information along to the IES legal dept as the information you provided is inaccurate and has nothing to do with the civil lawsuit I filed againts your company.

Also yes there is two reviews. 1 from me and one from my wife. We both experienced your negligent service and we both felt like you deserved 1 star.

Tony and Isaiah just saved the day for us with a leaking water heater and installed a new one, pretty quickly too. Very professional, left the work area clean, explained everything and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended and will for sure call for any future work we need done. Thank you!!

Had issues with my kitchen sink and both restrooms in my house, I needed issues to be resolved fast was recommended TYJ Plumbing from a friend and they responded right away. They have great service and are very informative. Tony was a great technician he handled every problem quickly, and his supervisor Quinn explained what caused the issues and gave some recommendations as to what not to put down my drains, I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be calling back for any other issues come up in my house and will definitely refer to all my friends and family. Oh and one more thing they even replaced all my faucets and was very satisfied with the work they did. I will post pictures of the work.

Tony and Juan came to my house today and fixed everything and explained the process, Quinn also responded fast over the phone yesterday and mentioned he will send someone the next day. Juan has done work for the previous home owner as well. Very knowledgeable and shows you what exactly happened to my water heater. They show you things what to look out for to prevent issues!

I had some leaky water valves from a sink that I had removed and I called the Plumbing Guys of El Paso. They offered a free service call and a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and decided to get the work done. No leaks afterwards and they resolved my leaky water valve issue and replaced a new main valve. What I loved from these guys was fair pricing, knowledgeable at their job, courteous, professional and fast response to the call out. I highly recommend the Plumbing Guys of El Paso. Give them a call for all your plumbing needs.

Isaiah and Tony went from receiving a call for what we needed done to showing up at our door within a few hours! We had a backed up sink that they were able to roto root immediately on site and they even took care of fixing our toilet, which they weren’t even made aware of until they got here. True pros and I appreciate their professional attitude and efficiency with this matter.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon and reached out to the Plumbing Guys. They responded quickly and sent someone over within an hour. The plumber Quin was very kind and respectful and he was able to assess the situation and offer solutions. The work was completed and everything was explained thoroughly. Quin was such a pleasant person and great at his job. Thank you Plumbing Guys for providing excellent customer service.

Quinn and Tony fixed my issue quickly. They are very friendly and have excellent communication. Even got text message with a pic of the gentleman who was coming....very punctual, I would Highly Highly recommend plumbing guys...already in the works for some estimates for future plans. Had a leaky kitchen sink, faucet and valves and other miscellaneous components needed to be replaced. They came out same day, gave a breakdown and estimate for everything and explained all repairs/changes happening. Great communication overall. If you can request them, ask for Isaiah and Tony, those guys were awesome, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be requesting them from now on for any future work needed.

I highly recommend these plumbers. Awesome customer service and very quick to respond. Both Isaiah and Tony were very friendly and diligent in resolving the issue we had with our kitchen sink being clogged. They even went the extra mile showing us what we could do to help prevent clogs in the future.

I've had these guys come out to my property twice and they provided expeditious resolve with outstanding customer service. Quin, Isaiah, and Tony are all wonderful and skilled at their craft. I asked for Quin and Isaiah specifically for my 2nd call due to how they took care of my home. I didn't have to wait for an appointment. Both times I called, they were here within a couple hours.
