I had a great experience with Richy Rooter Plumbing. On the day of our appointment, Ricardo texted me to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He ended up having a last-minute cancellation so he was able to do the new toilet installation and fix a second toilet right then. His prices were better than other estimates I had received. He was thorough and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I also asked for quotes on other issues and he was very good at explaining everything. He gave me advice on what needed to be done and what could wait down the road. I appreciate his honesty and I'm so glad I found a plumber I can trust.

Richy Rooter came out within an hour of me calling. Gave me a very fair price and had the job completed within the next 30 min. Will definitely be using him again for any plumbing needs that pop up. Thanks

After realizing I was in over my head with a toilet install on Sunday, I called Richy first thing Monday morning. Call was answered promptly, and even though he had two appointments that morning, was still able to come out... Earlier then he expected, as well. Richy had to install a new toilet flange and fill in with quickset concrete, also installed the new toilet. He even threw in a new shut off valve..

I noticed some water damage just outside of my shower and knew I had a problem. I called Richy Rooter and he responded within an hour! He evaluated the situation, did a comprehensive leak test with dye and identified the issue. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing throughout the entire process. It seems that I have a leak in my grout near the tile that went completely unnoticed until he pointed it out. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain to me what was going on. Additionally, he was extremely polite and very clean. It is not ever day someone actually cleans up their mess from working a problem.
I am extremely happy that I have found a plumber that I can trust. He has very reasonable prices as well. If I am in need of a plumber, he will be my first call.

Richy did a quick and excellent job. His prices were more than fair and easily outbid others. He was very polite and patient explaining the whole process for swapping out my water heater. excellent service, fast and knowledgeable. I called in last minute, he came to my house first thing in the morning, by noon I had a brand new water heater. He explained everything he did in detail and made the process extremely smooth.

We had to replace the hot water system in our house. The old one was corroded and not up to code. We contacted Richy Rooter and within less than a week we're on the schedule for removal of the old system and installation of the new. He brought it up to code as well. The price quoted was cheaper than most other services and the work is 10/10 quality. The speed, quality and constant contact with the vendor was amazing. Could not ask for a better service experience. Would highly recommend for any plumbing work. We have saved his information if we ever have any other work to do.

Richy answered my call promptly. He listened to my concern, respected my suggestion as to what my thoughts were as to what might be the cause for the noise in my bathroom and I’m no plumber or of a technical mind. (Being a woman others thought my thoughts to why the problem maybe was not thoughtful). He examined the situation gave me his opinion and suggestions. Accordingly he and I agreed on a solution that would be the least expensive and of course solve my problem. I definitely would recommend Richy services.

I had called 5 different plumbing services for a quote to install my water boiler because mine had an active leak and drained out to my garage. Richy was able to come in that same day and gave me the best quote by far. He came in and got right to work, he explained to me everything he was going to do and did. He also showed me the bad work that was done from a previous plumber and replaced all parts necessary and stuck with the price he gave me at the start. After getting quotes ranging from 650 from one local plumber to a 350 "leak detection" fee plus labor from another, I decided to call Richy Rooter to help with what I thought was a leak in my bathroom. Ricardo was very punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to detect that I didn't have a leak after all and that there was water seeping through my tile due to tiny holes in the grout. In a time where people are overcharging and being dishonest, Ricardo is just the opposite. He's an honest plumber with an old school mentality (hardworking and honest). I'm glad there are still people out there like Ricardo who value honesty, integrity, and building relationships with their customers. Thanks Ricardo...I'm always going to call you for my plumbing needs and you can bet that I will be telling all my family and friends about you!!! Thanks again!!!

Richy did a superb job with diagnosing a plumbing leak that I had. He and his team were very professional, were able to come and troubleshoot the issue and provided great feedback with regards to the issue in order to help me, the homeowner. The quote provided appeared to be a good and reasonable price and was less than what I had anticipated on having to pay for the repairs. Great overall service and business and would be more than happy to call Richy for any and all issues in the future.

I cannot thank Richy Rooter enough for their prompt and thorough service. We had a leak from the master bathroom toilet and Richy came out the same day and fixed it. Not only that, but he checked all my toilets, identified some additional issues and fixed them as well. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is fast and professional. Richy Rooter will be my go to for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I called Richy to inquire about the two toilets in the house we recently moved into. He returned my call immediately and requested I text him pics. Again he got back to me right away and it was an easy enough issue to pop in shortly that same day. He told me the cost, I agreed, and he was done soon after. They came immediately and cured the problem with precision. Removed, replaced and towed away the old boiler.
