Jesse and Gus are my hero’s big sewer leak in my basement with no way to get into to repair. Performed a picote system flushed out and max line 2 sewer lines and now everything up and running I will keep Jesse and Gus info for future.

Raul was an exceptional professional. He promptly located the water leak upon his arrival and immediately got to work. His expertise and speed were evident as he pinpointed the leak accurately. I was overjoyed that we had been searching for this issue since March, and Raul was the one to find it. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his exceptional work. He not only repaired the leak but also left the area spotless.

Gavin replaced my cold water shut off valve. He was quick with the job and seemed very knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, and friendly.

After coming home from making funeral arrangements for my Godmother we found our house and the master bedroom flooded. Roto rooter came out immediately and then I received a call from Miguel offering the water evacuation and drying. It was an After hours call and Israel and Johnny came out fairly quickly. Miguel offered to come by the next day to help get the insurance claim started and take more pictures and see what damage was done. Israel and Johnny came daily to check the water readings in wall, and adjust fans as needed. They were instrumental in the process. I have felt very guided and supported through a difficult time. Everyone's taken the time to explain everything in detail and go over any questions we have had. I truly appreciate Johnny, Israel, and Miguel. Frank was great as well and took the old water heater out and the next day installed the new one. I would recommend roto rooter for any and app plumbing needs.

Roto-Rooter was amazing! I put in for someone to come look at a clog from 10-2 and I got a call almost immediately seeing if someone could come sooner. Victor was professional and knowledgeable. He had to call in another tech (Gustavo) , and they were both very willing to answer any and all questions I had, as well as explaining everything to me!
Will definitely use them again and suggest them to others.

Toilet was clogged so Vince came out and fixed it in 30 minutes yay!! He was very nice and left area clean. Also told me of 6 month guarantee on call and work. Very quick service same day and fixed! There personnel are very friendly, thorough and demonstrate their expertise in the work they provide. They provide you with explanation and cost for the work they are doing.Today, I had Ezekiel and Vince do some plumbing work at my home. They did an excellent job. Mr. Chavez demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise in assessing the required services. He also provided flexible payment options and assisted with navigating the homeowner's insurance process. Following this, the plumbing team, consisting of Oscar and Frank, promptly identified and addressed the leak within the wall. Subsequently, the water restoration crew initiated the drying process for the carpet and prepared for subsequent home repairs. I highly recommend this company based on my overall positive experience.
