I called Liberty for an estimate to replace my hot water heater. They came out the same day and gave me an estimate that was 40% less than an estimate from a national plumbing company.

Ivan took the time to educate me on the new hot water heater. He's a young plumber, but very technical and experienced in his profession. He installed the new hot water heater according to the newest guidelines regarding hot water heaters. He also scheduled my appointment with the city for inspection the following week.

Ivan came again today, which was perfect, because we have a great rapport. He knew the exact cause of my external dripping water valve. He took external and internal measurements to ensure one precise opening in the wall. Ivan worked quickly and proficiently to replace the faulty valve. He also took the time to drain all the sediment out of my hot water heater that he replaced last year.

I am getting new countertops in my little kitchen & selected LIBERTY PLUMBING to be a key player in the process: plumbing work requires the disconnection of all those pipes & hoses (that make the kitchen sink work) in prep for removal of existing countertops! The tech that came was knowledgable, informative and professional. I verified a few details with him to complete stage one of the process/service... he even replaced the knobs at the water connectors because they were OLD and actually just broke off at the 1st twist -he even had a chance to get job started. All-in-all everything today went smoothly! LIBERTY will be returning to reconfigure the piping & reconnecting all those pipes & hoses when the new countertops are installed....All this work quoted at a very Reasonable cost (+even a Senior Discount).

2-16-26 I had to call for service again. Ivan arrived, replaced a cut-off valve on my toilet and repaired a leak under the sink. He did an excellent job, he was courteous and polite. I will always call on Liberty Plumbing for my repairs. This is a trustworthy company that cares about their customers and have great employees that goes the extra mile.

The job was not simple—it required digging into my house foundation and replacing severely corroded pipes as well as the toilet itself. Had a clogged shower drain and toilet, I called a friend to snake the pipe but was not able to unclog. He recommended RotoRooter and Gus came with a camera and found clog and cleared drain quickly. Great customer service.

Our home was experiencing extremely low water pressure, it then became worse in a matter of days. We woke up and began preparing the house for a graduation party, when we noticed water leaking from the side of our house. We called Roto-Rooter and they came to fix our leaking water heater and the water pressure valve that very morning. We are extremely greatful for their immediate service and knowledge on fixing our plumbing situation. We are now able to comfortably open our home and host the party we had planned for months. Ezequiel did an excellent job replacing a hose on my water heater and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Roto-Rooter also sent a technician to assess the water damage and provided a dehumidifier to run overnight. Great service all around!
