On 8/5/19, I called at approximately 7:30 a.m. to service a couple of leaking toilets. I explained the problem, as best I could, to the man answering. He told me to take photos of the leaks and to forward them along with my name and address. He did not take the time for pertinent details and as such I called other plumbing company who catered to my needs within one hour. If they are too busy to listen, especially to a senior, they do not need my business!

Very honest gentleman, fair price, called him at 6:30 p.m emergency pipe break and he came out the same night! Amazing customer service! Have a few other household items that need to be fixed will definitely be calling him back! Thanks C&S!!

I called in the afternoon and asked if he could come fix a leaky toilet the next morning. He said he could come by that evening for no extra fee. He showed up within an hour, finished the job within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and I waited a week to make sure everything held up before I posted this. No leaks, no wobbles, all is well. I will definitely call him the next time.

Gary was called for a quote for install a water softener, he came pretty quick to give us that quote. We agreed Monday that by Thursday he was going to come and get it installed, it’s already Thursday of the following week and he’s been ignoring my calls, my texts. I had to call him from another phone and he’s response was “I’m in California, I’m unavailable until next week” (which it’s this week) and still ignoring my calls.

It's good to know there are still honest and reliable people. I had a big water leak. Gary showed up right away and fixed my water heater in no time at a very fair price. He also showed me how to avoid future problems with my water heater. Thanks Gary!

If in case of a plumbing emergency Gary is the man to call! He was very reliable when he was needed and explained everything in detail and was able to get the job done in no time. I highly recommend him!!

Gary showed up and quickly diagnosed and repaired my water heater. A few hiccups with getting parts but now my water heater works better than it ever has even when it was brand new. Very nice guy. Very good pricing and discounted for the difficulty getting parts. It was an old heater but not anymore.

I live in an older home and I have always had a hard time finding a good plumber who is dependable, honest and can do a good job, so I did some research online and saw the great reviews on C&S plumbing. I called Gary Starr of C&S plumbing and he showed up at the time he promised and did a great job! Mr. Starr gave me several options to fix my plumbing issue and his prices were great! He's very honest and will be the only plumber we use from now on.

Gary is a Master plumber and quite the professional, with over 36 yrs experience, taking his job very seriously, doing a most perfect job.

I bought a washer at Lowes and when they delivered it, they wouldn't hook it up because the connections in my wall were badly corroded. So I called Gary and he came to my house replaced the box in the wall and connected my washer in very little time. I've used him in the past several times and he always does a great job. Many years of experience. I highly recommend C & S Plumbing.

Called them to fix water heater, said was going to call me back with an ETA and to text him my info. I text the info, Never called me back. Called a friend of a friend and they installed my water heater for $450. I consider this unreliable especially for a ''24 hour plumbing'' service which is supposed to offer ''emergency services.''
