👍I CALLED THIS PLACE BECAUSE I NEEDED SOME INFORMATION ABOUT A SWAMP COOLER.WELL TONY AND TOOD WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE SOME CALLS AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS IM TALKING ABOUT FROM THE SWAMP COOLER TO THE MOTOR TO THE ROOF JACK TO THE PADS AND STILL TO THE SIZE OF THE SIZE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SWAMP COOLER...COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITH OUT THEM 2.THANK U BOTH.THATS WHY I TRUST FERGUSON CUZ OF THEM 2👍

Very helpful, great customer service by sales rep named David.

Dock people were pleasant but it took just over 3 hours to unload 90 units. I lost my next load because they made me miss my appointment.

The staff is kind and helpful. Raul was so knowledgeable and was able to get me the correct parts for my AC unit.

I went in looking for a ball joint shower arm adapter. The employee didn't listen or even let me finish my explanation of what I needed before he walked off and brought me the wrong item.
I don't know if it was because I am a female, but bring ex-military, that's how it felt.
I will be spreading the word about the terrible customer service wherever and whenever I can.
I work in real estate and will also be spreading my experience at this location in El Paso to my colleagues and repair/building contacts.

TERRIFIC! Special thanks to Tony Lamas who helped my family out. We had some issues with an item we bought a few years back (manufacturer discontinued it), but Tony was all over it helping us find a replacement thru Rick Ramirez at Sunland Park. Great work.

This is the worst customer service experience in my life, my parents went to the store to buy shower handles and got ignored because they had paint in there pants due to working on there home project. No one approached them to help, instead the employees helped a white couple that had just entered the store.

My wife and went shopping here last week it was the worst experience we've ever had as a couple. The managers refused to reimburse us a five dollar copper pipe which we had purchased they day before along with some other items they said that because it was a display item even thou we had a receipt furthermore the staff just laughed and ridiculed us. Don't go there oh and by the way the owners name is Tony Lama.

they give you the run around, nobody knows whether ordered parts got delivered or not, they transfer you to 20 different people who either hang up or transfer you yet AGAIN. horrible customer service, horrible product knowledge and horrible business, clearly. I recommend going somewhere else where they actually care and actually try to help you ◡̈

Selena at the showroom was courteous and helpful and demonstrated how simple it was to change out the cartridge in my shower. Likewise David Martinez at the warehouse was able to research and locate the given cartridge and went above and beyond my expectations by contacting the showroom and ascertaining the proper procedure in replacing the cartridge. Awesome staff and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

My husband was recommended to this store. The representative didn't want to be bothered and didn't even look up the product stating they didn't have it. What "HORRIBLE SERVICE", The representative basically dismissed my husband. To think other establishment are sending business to them.

They say online they open on Saturday till noon. I went this Saturday it is now 9:36 and the fella inside said sta serado... I dece que. He say close.. yes I am real close open the door and I'll get closer. Pos no senor he says.. I said bye bye bye...

Good overall, bit sometimes when ordering the pickup can take a bit more than an hour. However, the staff is friendly and always someone to help.

Hi, I recently bought a plumbing part for a urinal for my business. I’m writing to you to tell you that your customer service is amazing I received from an older gentleman sits towards the middle he went out of his way to show me the plumbing part and how it can be fixed instead of making me purchase a $500 urinal he help me with that solution which only cost me $20 by doing this, you have gained a customer for life and every time I need or hear that somebody needs a plumbing supply I will strongly recommend you guys. Where to begin. I recently called for a quote on a back flow preventor valve for a new homestead water service installation. After getting transferred to sales the person on other line claimed to not be able to hear me on the line, out me on hold and just hung up on me.

After calling back, I asked the switchboard operator if she could hear me to verify that it was clear on my end, she did. After I told her what happened and proceeded to ask for the quote, lo and behold! She hung up.

If I could give this place a negative infinity star review I would. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional as it appears that they are pissy. Do not bother with this place, boycott them if need be. If they don't like their job, I suggest they find new employ. Last time I checked, THEY need us more than we need them.

Take your business somewhere else, like HD SUPPLY WATERWORKS, which is where I'm headed to now.

I recently needed a few things to repair our plumbing to our well house and one of our ranchhands told me about this place.
I was very impressed with the employees and the store having everything I needed.
This was very helpful considering I had drove from Candelaria Texas.

They clearly cater to the pros. I needed an odd fitting to repair a toilet. They where great. Found the fitting for me. They never were condescending like many pro shops do to us amateurs. The price was inline with the online price. I was very pleased with Ferguson.
