Im glad I found a local plumber to get this tub unclogged. God knows what it was keeping it but after a few bottles of Draino and a couple of hours I knew I needed to call someone. Theyre a bit on the far side but they didnt charge a travel fee. Im glad they came and fixed it. They can count on my business again. Thank you guys.

Very fast service, however they don’t guarantee their work. Had a plug pipe and they arrive within an hour, less than a month later it got plug again and they came back very fast ; but charge me again for the same pipe they unplug before.

Five Point plumber, Omar Lugo did a great job installing a new toilet, unclogged both sink and shower. Did a great job, all in under an hour. I highly recommend them.

Had an interesting plumbing situation in a basement bathroom that they took care of with a great innovative quality solution and workmanship. Very knowledgeable, fast, professional and on time...they also kept with original estimate too. Me happy...

This review is based on the estimate process. NO FREE ESTIMATE. Was charged 60$ for it. With that in mind, it would have cost me 3 times more if I went with them. I got two other (FREE) estimates and took my business elsewhere and was happy about it. I wont even consider these guys for any future projects due to the fact that they charge for an estimate.

Did what I needed and services were paid for. Didn't appreciate them talking/making fun of me in Spanish; I completely understood. Customer service needs a lot of work.

I was referred to 5 points plumbing by another contractor when I had sewer pipe issues. Since them I've hired them multiple times
and they are always fast, knowledgeable and fair. I would highly recommend and do, to everyone I know. They always shoot you straight without the expensive up sales or arm twisting sales pitch, and we really appreciate the honesty. Omar and his family of plumbers are really great people that will take care of you.

This guy wants to tell me what’s wrong over the phone, I asked if they do free estimates and he proceeded to tell me what they do and do not do, Lazy basically. Do not use them

I called Omar in reference to my water heater leaking water and he was very professional and answered all my questions. He came over the next day and replaced the water heater. He did a very good job and left everything very clean. I would highly recommend them and will keep using them in the future.
