Had an emergency with my water heater and they showed up within a couple of hours that morning. Replaced the water heater and insulary equipment to code. I paid a premium, but received quality equipment, craftsmanship, service and most importantly peace of mind. The job was done right, thanks to my plumbers Joey and Issac.

Issac and Eddie put the “Pronto” in Pronto Plumbers… I tried starting the job on my own but when I saw this would be a beast job I’ve never seen I called the pros and they did not disappoint. Great attitude and service. 6 stars if I could.

I needed a kitchen faucet value replaced. Mr. Serrano arrived promptly and completed the work in less than one hour. The work area was cleaned up and he showed me how the faucet funtioned.. Joey did a great job. The price was very reasonable. I have used Pronto for many years. They are honest and highly qualified. Highly recommend them.

I would like to thank the Pronto Plumbers crew!! The first time, Domingo and Carlos cleared my draining issue in the kitchen. The second time Joey and Fabain repair and replaced old pipes connecting to the kitchen and bathroom. Both times, they arrived on time and addressed the issues in a timely matter. They explained and walked me through their work. The crew are knowledgeable and how what they are doing. I'm saving their number and recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you again!!

Eddie and Fabian did a great job replacing my outside faucet and I have them coming back to install another device. They came back today but it was Joey and Fabian and installed a pressure regulator in no time and did a great job I am extremely satisfied and impressed with them and the lady in the office notified me early today, she is great too!

Issac and Joey were phenomenal. They found the leak quickly, kept the area and dust to an absolute minimum and wrapped up the whole issue in just a few hours. We have hot water again and couldn’t be happier! They are two great, professional men that would be welcome in any home.

Called Pronto Plumbers as they had done great work at my home before. This time we had a leak in the shower and was continuously dripping from the shower head. Then they came, said it was the cartridge inside. I noticed right away they were having “trouble” getting it fixed, because they kept turning on the shower over and over again and the leak still continued. Puzzled I noticed bouts of time of silence, no working on it at all and they were just in the bathroom. I knew they were calling/texting somebody from the company telling them they could not fix it. They then told me that a foreman had to come and explain it. The foreman came and explained that it was not fixable and that our pressure was very high and that they recommended putting a valve in the main waterline plus they looked at my water heater, saying that they would need to charge me to empty the water heater and even possibly getting a new water heater. They were going to have to break my tile to get to another area of the inner portion of the on/off handle for the shower. So for that and it not being fixed and making it even worse they charged me $300! Then they sent me an estimate the next day for an additional $800 to “try” to fix it - all of this was going to come out to about $1100. I just think it was unfair for them to charge me the $300 and nothing was even done and making the leak even worse. Plus, another plumber came saying my pressure was FINE.

Had issues with my Rinnai water heater not producing hot water. Domingo and Jareth came by and diagnosed the problem immediately, explaining everything that needed to get done to so the job right. Very thorough, checked for issues before, during, and after the job was complete. 100% recommend!
