My kitchen sink drain was backing up and the small 25’ drain snake from the hardware store wasn’t large enough to clear the drain effectively. I called Jeffs Westside Plumbing and scheduled them to come out in 2 days. To my surprise, they called about an hour after I scheduled the appointment and said they could come now. Great!

A two man crew showed up and laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and cabinets, snaked the drain, tested, cleaned up, and were in & out in under an hour. They were personable, professional, and efficient. My sink is draining fine, the service was great, and the price was reasonable.

I have used Jeff’s for years, but I have been disappointed with their work lately.

This is the second time using Jeff's Westside plumbing after neighbors recommended the company. About a year ago they installed a new sink and have had no problems. This year we needed a leak in a bathtub fixed so we called again and requested the same person as before, Ramon, and both times the teams were very efficient and went above and beyond. This past time they found termites and recommended us a pest control company which was very helpful. Will be using again and keep recommending it to neighbors.

What a disaster!!! First they replaced a toilet without taking measurements ordered the wrong items. And then they installed faucets with sprayer and 2 1/2 months later falling apart and they won't take any responsibility for it at all paid over $1000 to them. What a waste!!!

Jeff's plumbing was a sub during my ac conversion. Tech's were extremely knowledgeable and, although as a sub, communication and professionalism was outstanding. I can see why they were chosen for this work and highly recommend their skill and work. Thank you!

I recently noticed a water stain on the wood threshold by our master bathroom, right next to the tiled shower. The plumber was very professional and arrived on time. Damian explained everything clearly and fixed the problem with my upstairs bathtub drain and overflow pipe. Instead of using the old lever and plunger setup, Damian installed a new, reliable pop-up stopper for the tub. Now, when I take a shower, the water drains quickly and doesn’t pool around my feet anymore. The previous plunger-style stopper was stuck and blocking most of the drain, but Damian was able to remove it and make the drain work like new again.
