Very nice and polite and also professional. Arrived on time and explained in detail everything that they were doing wow, descaling my tankless hot water heater. Highly recommend.

I had this leak that had been going on for who knows how long. I called Innovative Trades and they were able to send a technician to my house in a couple of hours. Technician Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was able to repair leak. Although the leak damage some of the interior wall and needed time to dry out. Chris was able to repair the damage wall several days later. I am very pleased with the work and professional this company has to offer. I definitely recommend Innovative Trades and will use this company in the future.

5 OUT OF 5 STARS. I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL TWO ADDITIONAL BREAKERS TO MY ELECTRICAL PANEL, A SERIES OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL LINES/PLUGS TO MY SHED AND TO MY KOI POND. PER MY REQUEST, INNOVATIVE TRADES INSTALLED A TOTAL OF 8 PROTECTED ELECTRICAL PLUGS INSIDE MY SHED ALONG WITH AN ENERGY EFFICIENT LED LIGHT FIXTURE AND ON/OFF SWITCH. INNOVATIVE TRADES ALSO INSTALLED A TOTAL OF 12 PROTECTED ELECTRICAL PLUGS AROUND MY POND. THIS IS SO I WILL HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER TO RUN MY FILTERS AND UV LIGHT FOR MY POND AND ENSURE ADDITIONAL ROOM FOR ANY FUTURE TECHNOLOGY I MAY WANT TO CONNECT. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE DIGGING WAS NOT EASY AS CALECHE IS VERY PRESENT IN MY YARD AND INNOVATIVE TRADES TACKLED THIS CHALLENGE BY DIGGING A PROPER 150 FT LONG TRENCH TO MY SHED AND AN ADDITIONAL 100 FOOT TRENCH FOR MY POND. MY FISH ARE HAPPY AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT INNOVATIVE TRADES HAS PREFORMED. INNOVATIVE TRADES PULLED PERMITS AND DID THE WORK PROPERLY. I purchased a Home Serve program to cover plumbing issues for my 50+ year old home.

Today I had the pleasure of working with partner staff associated with the program. The partner company is Innovative Trades, LLC.

I had an I issue with a low flow shower head that was fixed in the tineframe they stated for the cost they stated. They maintain good communication, calk back when they say they are going to call back and answer all the questions I asked. Yes I will be using them again.

Very professional from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was super easy and the service was phenomenal. The installation of my garbage disposal was super fast and they even offered a 90 day warranty. RJ was the best and I would definitely recommend and will be coming to Innovative Trades for all my plumbing needs.

Victor and his partner addressed my plumbing issues in a highly professional manner. I experienced water overflow from the guest restroom toilet while using the washing machine. They did an excellent job of clearing the line and discovered that tree roots in my front yard were obstructing the flow. They recommended installing a clean out line which I fully intend to have them complete. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend.
