Very polite technicians. I had a power outage in 1 single room. They got the power back on and completed it in a timely manner while educating me on things that could have caused the power to go out

My home warranty contracted with Innovative Trades to clear a clogged drain line. They were able to dispatch first thing this morning and within an hour the clog was removed. The technicians Chris R and Dorian V were able to diagnose quickly and are very customer service oriented! They did an excellent job! I am very satisfied and will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

Excellent and Professional service technician Victor,Andrew, and Joshua very professional and friendly, they were Quick to identify the problem and fix it quickly. Would recommend them highly.

I had a great experience with Innovative Trades! Andrew and Victor came out to repair a rough drywall patch, and they did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, and showed up right on time. I appreciated how clearly they explained everything and how neat they kept the workspace. Their attention to detail really stood out. My experience with this company was (to say the least) REMARKABLE!!! They were able to get me an appointment right away, communication was superb including text messages when technician was on his way and a picture of who was coming. Being a woman with a small child in the house, I appreciated that second part greatly. Corey was awesome, professional and helpful. I’m so happy I went with Innovative Trades to install my new antique ceiling lamp. Being an antique I had a lot of questions and Chris and Dorian were excellent technicians who made me completely at ease. Aside from being great at their job they were very personable and I’d be happy to have them back again.

Company was flexible and even called me when they were running ahead of schedule to stop by early. Both guys came and went straight to work. While working, had a water spill, they cleaned it up.

Dorian and Chris came to identify and fix the source of a water leak from our walk in shower. They were very thorough and were able to identify the source of the leak and fix it. They were highly professional and able to simply explain what caused the leak and how they were able to repair it. I highly recommend their service to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

Chris and Dorian were amazing. They came out quickly and even dealt with the hassel of speaking with our home warranty company. I appreciate them both and would definitely recommend this company for repairs.

I had in issue with a shower draining slowly, had previous plumbers come out to temporarily fix drain. Innovative came out and discovered the real issue, my house had a drum trap (a relic from the past) causing my issues. They took out the drum trap and replaced it with piping connecting to my drainage line. Thank You Innovative for the permanent fix

Excellent Service!! Tankless water heater unit went out they called the warranty company and got a new unit install the same day!!

We just recently moved into our new home and knew we would be tackling a large plumbing and electrical project. We were essentially creating a storage shed that will play house to our workspace/office and also play house to a water softener system we had bought.

Innovative Trades team was awesome from start to finish. The level of professionalism is what helped us deciding to hire them. They came out and took photos of the site and created a customer file that holds all of our work and information, including updated project photographs.

This project had a few timeline shifts and plan changes and the Innovative was able to adjust and adapt and we greatly appreciate them for that. We even had an emergency fix from another project that they were able to squeeze us in to help repair it.

Overall, if you want a great team and knowledgeable plumbing/electrical/renovation contractor you are with the right company.

Very considerate, efficient and professional. They got right to work and had the situation under control. They will have to come back to pour the cement because it looks like rain and they were very communicative about letting us know that. Look forward to having them come back to finish the job.
