Just received a letter to say that they placed a mechanics lien on my property. They did some work for me 6 years ago at the time they cleaned out some water when a pipe burst and now I have to desl with this mess. I thought the company was shady then and now It's confirmed. They overcharge your insurance co and have the check go to them directly so you have no idea. Their work was not even that good. Yes, they cleaned up but made a mess of my baseboards and I had to get many replaced that shouldn't have needed it. Avoid this jerk. It looks like he is doing it to others according to another review. Trying to warn others.

Jimmy Garza and his team are very knowledgeable and really care about their work and clients. They are very detailed in their work and they make sure their clients understand the work as well. Do Not Call this company. Receptionist was told exactly the job that needed to be done and where it was leaking. She said her guys could do the job and sent them out. Once the guys got here, they said they don’t do this type of job on the weekends because they don’t use or have access to that particular machine on weekends.

Employees were confused as to why they would be sent out when everyone within their company knows they don’t use that machine on particular days. I was still charged the $150 for the service call just to tell me they can’t do work until Monday or Tuesday. I guess they shouldn’t be called “Emergency” water removal if they have to wait a few days in order to use machines.

If I would’ve known all this information, I would’ve waited until Monday or Tuesday to call and actually made the $150 worth it. Employees were disappointed with their management when they got told they still have to charge me.

Be careful with this company. They came back out of nowhere 6 years later collecting on work done that was paid by our insurance company over 6 years ago. We hadn’t even received a notice or phone call or anything until a month ago and they proceeded to put a lien on our house. It’s crazy. We even called the insurance company and have proof they paid them and that Jimmy Garza cashed the check. I would not use this company. When they came and did the work they told us not to worry about anything because they would just get paid by the insurance company and they did. They are very disorganized with their billing. Unless you want a lien put on your house for a mistake they make in their accounting I would stay far away from these guys.

Jimmy Garza’s mitigation team were prompt when called, courteous and professional. Had all the proper forms, showed me pictures and explained everything that was done that made sense.

Please stay away from this company. We have good insurance that took care, without any issues, of all the repairs after we got a slab leak in our new home. Of course, except for the crazy charges without sense that Jimmy Garza did. We got minimum damage in our home in a small section. They used like 10 huge fans and 2 huge dehumidifiers that were unnecessary. They even used little pieces of blue painter tape for no reason and charged like $300 dollars for just that. Of course, insurance wasn't going to pay for all that nonsense leaving us to pay out of pocket. They didn't even dry our carpet, which made it smell, and we had to replace it. Unfortunately, this was the first time that this happened to us, and we didn't know any better, but now we know, and I want to help you not fall for their scam. Funny enough just to give you an idea, they charged more than the repair itself for the leak, and the contractor to repair the damage to our floors and the mess Jimmy Garza did taking off our base boards.

We were sent to this company and got scammed we previously had a leak and used a different company and I wish I remembered who they were. Jimmy Garza charged us over $2,000 to cut the drywall out of our ceiling and puts some fans in our house for 2 days. It was ridiculous and one of the guys tried to justify the prices. Our insurance happened to show us the fact that they double charged us on multiple services they “provided “. Jimmy Garza also didn’t repair the drywall they removed. What is the $2,000 for?

I wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy Garza and his exceptionally skilled, professional, and courteous team. They exceeded my expectations during the stressful situation of my house flooding. A ruptured supply line left standing water inside my house and flowing out of my garage. They promptly came to my home to assess the damage, provide an estimate, and immediately sprang into action. They provided constant updates along with progress photos of their work. This is the second time I’ve needed their emergency services over the years. On both occasions, they swiftly put me at ease, reassuring me that I was in capable hands. Don't hesitate to call Jimmy and his team!

Jimmy Garza came to the rescue and provided excellent service in water extraction. They brought an experienced team with a host of equipment and thoughtfully took great care of our home. The in house team at Jimmy Garza, particularly Diana who was our first person of contact was reassuring and sent extraction team to our home quickly. Ceasar who was the first person to arrive at home took great detail in assessing what was immediate and more importantly what the potential outcomes of the hardwood floor we were trying to preserve. This is a great company. I had a water emergency definitely a bad day, I called around and was given the number for Jimmy Garza. I spoke with Diana she was reassuring and professional made me feel like I was in good hands. The service only got better from there. Cesar C. came out gave me an estimate for the scope of work that would be needed. I was not excited to pay that bill, but when it comes to your families health you step up and take care of it. A crew came out less than 48 hours later and began to work. This crew was phenomenal, Cesar C., Pete, Cesar A., were professional, understood about my concern for family and pets. They explained the process and how safe for people and pets their equipment and cleaners are. The most important thing is how safe you feel with people in your home. This crew could come over to dinner with me and my family any night, that is how great they are. Thank you for everything, highly recommend, 10/10 would use them again.
