Reviews of local pros in El Paso, Texas

I would recommend Wood Floors by Beto. It is a rare and refreshing experience to deal with honest people. Through my experience with them I met some of their family, as it is a family ran business. Beto Jr. came out and gave me an estimate based upon what we could be seen and gathered at the time: the house is 112 years old. A substantial deposit was left on a Friday afternoon at their store and the work begain the start of the following week. The crew arrived and was courteous throughout their stay. After enough demo was done on enough of the house to obtain a more accurate picture, it was determined that due to the condition of the floors the plan could not executed as planned. This is when I simply held my breath to see the outcome. Most companies would push hard for the up sale or attempt various methods to keep the deposit: not Beto. No they explained the circumstances. Finished the demo and left the place ready for whatever I wished to do. Turns out I ended up going a different direction and I let Beto Jr. know. Beto Jr. followed up on the matters and provided me with reasonable price for the work done then timely returned the difference on the deposit. No games. Just straight forward honesty.

Missed our extinguisher inspection deadline. (Not helpful to our business!)

My wife and I got in touch with Sal and he was able to work with us on short notice for an appointment. He is professional, patient, polite and personable. The inspection was very informative as he gave insight on proper maintenance and possible solutions to correct problems that arose from the inspection. He had a great amount of knowledge and it definitely helped to put our minds at ease throughout this particular process of the whole home buying experience.

Sal was very keen on the details in the inspection and at one part of the exterior he noticed something with the gas meter. Long story short, there was a leak coming from the meter on the side of the house. The gas company came in to correct the problem by replacing the meter and inspecting the gas appliances in the home as well. We did a short review of the inspection when it was complete and he insisted if we have any questions or need him to come back he would. He had the inspection report ready that night with clear descriptions and photos. I took him up on that offer and texted him on the weekend in the evening around 9pm and he responded within minutes. We both felt he was the best choice we made overall and his price is very reasonable! We definitely recommend Sal/TreSi Home Inspections!

Hope this review helps you and best of luck!

From the beautiful detail of the homes that provides that cozy atmosphere to the highest quality of material and architecture used in making each home, I'm more than happy and proud to have bought my first house from Padilla Homes. I highly recommend this builder! Above all, the Padilla Home team were very personable and so wonderful to work with.

You have got to see the incredible selection of barbeques KD Scholten has! I found the perfect one for our backyard. I can't wait to get it installed, and be ready for this spring and summer. I'm really looking forward to entertaining guests and family in the coming warmer months. I'm telling all my friends about KD Scholten!

These guys installed gas logs in my living room fireplace. They are BEAUTIFUL! (The logs, that is... :)

There were some cheap logs in there when I bought the house. The new porcelain logs are amazing. They put out great heat and they almost look real!

The installation process was quick and painless. The installer arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time (but not to early). He was kind enough to explain to me what he was doing each step of the way. I was surprised at how little mess he made and he did a great job cleaning it up.

This company is very professional and courteous. Highly Recommended.

These guys were amazing! I called this morning, and were very lucky they had an opening. They worked around my schedule and were extremely professional. The price was beyond reasonable. I would not only recommend this company, I will also use them in the future!!! My carpet looks amazing! It actually looks better than it did when we moved in.

Carpet Magic has cleaned my carpet, upholstery, and air ducts many times. I've always been very happy with the results. The technicians are knowledgeable and polite and do a great job.

I am very pleased with the cabinets Saul Dominguez created for my kitchen. Writing this review is the least I can do! Thank you so much!
