I had such a great experience with Freedom Bird Dumpsters! I was especially impressed that they were able to provide same-day service and accommodate a job that was a little more complicated than just hauling away junk.

We had a huge wooden structure in our backyard that needed to be removed, and they came completely prepared with all the tools they needed to cut it down and take it apart. I thought it was going to be a big project, but they made such quick and easy work of it that it honestly looked like nothing to them! They clearly knew exactly what they were doing and had everything taken apart and hauled away incredibly fast.

They were also so personable, friendly, and professional. Even their equipment stood out--it was clean, well-kept, and really nice, which immediately gave me a great impression of the company.

From the same-day availability to how quickly and efficiently they handled such a large job, everything about the experience was easy. Great people, great equipment, and excellent service. I would absolutely use Freedom Bird Dumpsters again and highly recommend them!

Frank Gallardo was professional and courteous. He brought a portfolio of various security fences for me to view and guided me in finding the right one. He always reviewed the progress of the work being done with me, including any questions or concerns. The installers were hard-working, knowledgeable, and always on time. I highly recommend Best Iron Works!

Best Iron Works and Fence (1601 E Missouri Ave) is an excellent shop to have one's fencing needs addressed. George Murillo, sales rep is very courteous, very knowledgeable, fully understands his field and very patient while we selected our frames and building material. George is super-friendly and punctual; he made certain that all the details we requested were handled to our satisfaction. After going to 2 different shops for quotes and design ideas, Best Iron was substantially less expensive and with comparable quality.
I highly recommend Best Iron and Fence (and George Murillo) for your fencing needs. Definitely, a 5-star experience. Joe V.

Great service, like almost new appliances

I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a home from this builder. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor construction quality, terrible customer service, and a complete lack of responsiveness when it comes to warranty repairs.

The homes are poorly built, and when problems arise, getting the builder to address warranty issues is extremely frustrating. They either fail to respond to service requests or take an unreasonable amount of time to address them.

In my case, I ended up paying out of my own pocket for repairs that should have been covered under the builder's warranty simply because they took too long to respond. This is unacceptable, especially considering the significant financial investment involved in purchasing a new home.

Buying a new home should provide peace of mind, not additional expenses, frustration, and constant follow-ups for problems that should have been corrected by the builder.

Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this builder. The poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unacceptable warranty service have made this a very disappointing experience. I would not purchase another home from this builder.

Amazing customer service! I had Jacob come out to do the inspection and he was hands down very thorough and informative. The package I paid for was called premium and I had added on a thermal imaging component. So in total I paid roughly $600 and it was worth it because they found a gap in the roof that had been leaking water down into the walls. Definitely recommend!

Ruiz Electric is the best. He is very knowledgable and experience. I was having electrical issues with lighting and breakers. He came and fixed every issue in a short amount of time. Very courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. I was very please with his work.

Ghosted me. Did let me know they couldn't make it but zero follow up to reschedule. I even made them a loaf of sourdough bread to welcome them :(

I saw one of the drivers in the company vehicle texting while driving, and not paying attention on the road. This happened Sept. 30, 2026 near Executive and Mesa.

I had a great experience with AAA &Termite Inspection! They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough and took time to point out concerns with the home I was buying and explained them clearly. Their helpful guidance made it easier to understand the home's condition. I highly recommend their inspection service! Thank you Juan for your thorough inspection!

Nice enough on the phone. The bid was attractive. Didn't show up for appointment though.

Initially, I was satisfied with the work done. Four new windows were installed on 8/4/26. Rains came and on 9/9/26 there was a large leak in one of the new downstairs window frame (video below). The leak was large and wet/stained the wall and the carpet. I contacted the company that same night. I finally got a response 13 days later on 9/22/26--by that time I had fixed the leak myself. The damage was to the weather sealant between the siding and the brick wall right where the windows were installed. During installation, they understandably had to hamnmer around that whole area to adjust and fit the new windows which in turn loosened the weather sealant. Before their install service I had never had water leaks. I was not pleased with their lack of response to the issue.

If you're looking to get home improvements and are given New Era Construction & Home Improvements in El Paso, run. By far worst experience and communication especially with Juan. We started off on a good start and he stopped by on Aug 8 to see our concerns with our new built home. He brought no notebook and pen but showed he remembered the list of things we were telling him to correct. I would get ghosted for days with no acknowledgement or responses. We have given Juan several chances to make it up but he failed every time. Their business hours are wrong and on some occasions we did message them after hours because it appeared that's the only time Juan would care or respond because his clients were an inconvenience to him. We would take a whole day off from work just for Juan not to show up or better yet say it's a holiday and Juan would simply say he can't work. Mind you Juan was the one who confirmed our appointment a week prior. Juan caused us to lose work 4 times and no showed. On 1 occasion he had a city meeting and did not tell me until I reached out because he was a minute late and I had a feeling he wasn't going to show and he said he would reach out and SIX HOURS went by for him to call and say anything. Mind you Juan could've let us know on the way to his city appointment but he didn't. Why? Cause he does not care about his clients. Once we began to discuss our concerns and he cut us off and began speaking over us on the phone and at that point we hung up. He has no experience with handling unsatisfied and disappointed customers. Extremely unprofessional, lackadaisical and disappointing. Also, he probably will not be held accountable due to his spouse being the owner of this company. But beware and save your time and money. I say money because you will lose time from work because they promise to show up and they don't. This company couldn't care less about you, your time or your family.

Terrible. Cameras, playback, customer service. All terrible. Fulfilled our contract and have been trying to cancel for 3 MONTHS. They continue to send bills. DON'T use this company.

These folks are friendly, well-organized, efficient and very reasonably priced: $200 for a two-man crew for two hours. Shout out to Eric and Angel for a no-fuss, no-muss job.

She paid great attention to detail and left my house looking spotless and in excellent condition. She was also very kind, respectful, and professional.
