This was the third time that I used this company. The first two times were great, the third time was a nightmare. Shoddy work plus a one week job took 2 months to complete. The owner was rude, treated me like I didn't exist, and didn't even bother speaking to me in English which he is fluent in. They ended up not fulfilling the contract to paint the porch railing and they never gave me the upgrade of handrail that we agreed to and thta I paid for. All of this was written in the contract. Glad to be rid of them and I would NEVER recommend them to another person.

These guys recondition and sell used appliances. I have bought a dryer and a refrigerator from them. They give a 90 day warranty on their appliances. I have had my dryer over a year and it works great. The refrigerator I bought conked out and needed some replacement parts. Sergio is as good as his word. He has been over twice to fix my fridge. Once to get it going until the part came in; once to put in a part in lieu of the one he ordered. When the part he ordered comes in, he will be back to install it to complete the job. Great service. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for appliances and doesn't want to pay the big bucks for brand new ones. They are on the corner of Dyer & Fillmore.

All I can say is "wow"! These guys are true professionals. Emelio is great. He always remembers my kids' names and is very patient with my crazy dog. Guillermo is very funny and makes it seem like friends are coming for dinner. They are always on time, always courteous and kind, and their work is always backed by a 400% guarantee! Who does that? Well, I can't imagine ever having a reason the be dissatisfied, but that kind of guarantee tells me they're going to back it up no matter what. The work they do is exceptional. Can't think of calling anyone else.

I never post reviews but this was just insane! This individual was called and showed up to give an estimate on wall repair and orange peel texture work. No job was promised let alone nothing was agreed upon on paper, I advised the man that I would let him know when the job could be done due to having our television mounted on the wall that was needing work. Weeks later this man decides to TEXT me asking me if I still needed his service, I advised him that our current tenants did the repair themselves. He continues on to tell me that I was "SELFISH, a LIAR & that he would report ME " (for what I do not know but that was his response)
I have upload screen shots of the text messages this man sent to me, essentially being harassed for not doing business with him... Be cautious of legit businesses and make sure they are registered and licensed. -
Great customer service and very professional. Gave us an estimate and did the cleaning on the same day!

This place really does offer the most competitive pricing in town.
I've compared prices at multiple (too many actually) places. Some of those places had lower prices but I had to sacrifice quality and vice versa.
With the wide carpet selection here, I got the best of both worlds. And an excellent warranty to accompany my investment.
Very professional staff. The sales people are helpful but not pushy.
The next time I decide to recarpet my entire home, I'm not wasting time shopping around - coming straight here. -
This company is outstanding. they are normally able to get you in the same day. I have used their services three times and they have all three times been neat about their work.

FiberCare is excellent. I called to have an area rug cleaned and they were at my house within 15 minutes. They quickly assessed the rug, explained the process and the pricing. They told me when it would be ready an how they were going to let me know. Fat forward a week and the rug was returned looking almost brand new. Not bad for a rug that was 8 years old and had never been professionally cleaned before. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. They aren't necessarily cheap, but the quality of service is well worth with it.

I own a Winton and Asscoiates home. Six years old and out of warranty. We discovered a defect in the Spanish tile roof. I informed the builder that the problem was from original construction. They sent a tema out to fix free of charge. That defines integrity and quality. I highly recommend this builder.

I hired Soundquest to install our home theater, ceiling mounted speakers in both the great room and the master bedroom and install backyard rock speakers around the pool with Sonos systems. Their work was flawless and they left the job clean and neat.
Their equipment recommendations were perfect and my systems sound and look great! I give these guys an A+ especially the installer Chris. -
Great selection of shower doors and replacement windows! David has over 35 years glass experience.

Overall the tile installation looks good: lines are straight and the cuts are good. However, make sure you get a written quote. I was quoted 10 cents per tile less over the phone, and when I actually went to the store they would not honor our verbal agreement. Secondly, I was told the job would start on a Thursday and finish Saturday morning. The contractor showed up late Thursday, did not show up Saturday or Sunday, and finally finished late Monday night. I almost missed a flight because I wanted to wait for the job to be done.
Review revision 2 weeks after installation: After cleaning the grout sand from the tile, my mother noticed there are permanent black spots on the tile. She went down to Casa Carpet & Tile to tell them. Naturally, they denied it. She had them open a new box. The tiles on the top of the box were fine, but all the rest had the black spots. This was for our tile which is white & grey based, however, she found the same defects on their tan/brown tile. (That's even worse! Black spots on brown tile?!!) Seems like they probably get cheap defective tile, then jack up the price. Definitely do not recommend such a shady business. Better to pay more for a quality product. -
I've owned my Padilla home since 2007 and have been very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship over the years. I now have the home rented and can say, as a landlord, that it has been maintenance free. The quality of my investment is far greater than other homes on the market. Mr. Padilla takes pride in his product and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a long term investment. Other homes listed at the same price point are focused on size and not quality. For a 30 year loan, I prefer quality.

This guy is awesome! Fast, professional, friendly. I broke a window and he was here the next day to replace it for me. Couldn't ask for better service. Quality work, fair price. Need glass work done? Call David.

EKB Construction was the name of the company at this location. We went to several granite locations closer to our west side home but couldn't find anyone interested in helping us and even were stood up by two companies! We visited EKB on Monday & chose a design from their large selection and by Friday they had come out to measure and had it installed! They do beautiful work quickly and show up when they say they will.... what a concept! We will definitely use them again when we update our bathroom vanities!

They called me right away and were courteous and friendly. We set up an appointment and they came on time and did a good job. I`d call them again.

They give you a deal of a lifetime, especially if you are military. If you go with their mortgage company you get zero closing costs, with VA its zero down on a brand new home, and they tell you what everything is "supposedly" made out of to the T. I found out my baseboards were made out of compressed cardboard not wood like I was told. They say that your plumbing is covered, but dont cover your pipes because thats not part of the plumbing, they are just pipes. After my home flooded, I called my insurance and started getting my home fixed. When the carpet was lifted, there were cracks and holes in the cement foundation of the home and my 2 year old daughter was able to pick off some of the cement off the floor. They say they are confident of their work and give you a binder of how your home is built, because they are that confidant that they build homes the right way. This made me feel as though I was getting a top of the line house for a wonderful price. I feel as though they take advantage of first time home buyers, like myself. If even after reading this review you decide to go with them, I suggest you visit your home that is being built as much as possible, ask lots of questions, and take your own privately hired inspector to inspect the house and to tell you if its just the minimum requirement or if they really are putting in the materials like it says in the binder. As far as the customer service goes, it is only a hand full of people that really care about the customer. Unfortunately, the rest, are rude and give attitude if you respectfully disagree with them. But if you were to ask me if you should go with this builder for your first home or even 3rd home, I would have to tell you to go with someone else.

we bought the house march 2010 and didnt move in until august 2010. not even a year into it and we are having to make repairs to it like if it were a 10 year old home. No only because of the flood that cause the faulty plumbing but cracks all over the home that even if you touch the walls little pieces of wall fall because they try and cut costs on building materials. I also just found out that my baseboards are not good they are some sort of cardboard that with the flood got completly ruined and desert view went into my home and just wanted to GLUE them together and say it was fixed! I too felt like i was lied to when we first walked into thier office to buy a home their customer service towards us was great, once this happend they completly could CARELESS! they have our money what else could they use us for? I want to see that customer service they CLAIM they have because i sure know of about 95 people who sure are not getting any.. If your planning on buying a home dont be fooled by how well informed they seem to have you just by giving you a pretty little binder what doest that help for if when you call to get help they simply shut the door in your face and walk the other way... VERY disappointed and wish i would of gone else where..

I am very pleased with the cabinets Saul Dominguez created for my kitchen. Writing this review is the least I can do! Thank you so much!
