Extremely disappointing. Have worked with this team before and it was amazing. This go around however was full of ignored communication. Even when I was upsold for nearly 1000$ worth of work, they ignored my request for availability. Never on time and just don’t show up unless reminded constantly. They obviously don’t want new business. They even put my shower back with poor caulking because they were upset we decided to go with someone else. So sad to see local businesses ignore clients.

I was contacted withing 5 minutes of posting a service request on Yelp by Jeffery Simmons. We made an appointment that was four hours earlier than any previous AC tradesman would make, showed up on time and was able to troubleshoot, identify problems and ultimately resolved my AC problems. It wasn't easy. He is a meticulous and tenacious problem solver and found that a mouse had chewed through two wires deep inside my compressor unit. The mouse didn't make it but Jeffery did and he got my system up and running 4 hours earlier than his closest competitors. Reasonable rates, honest discounts and a very positive, professional attitude made hiring Jeffery worth the wait. You won't go wrong with Simmons Heating and Cooling LLC.

The best carpet cleaning i in El Paso! I had a heavily soiled room and a room that had blood stains. I thought the blood stains could never be removed but FiberCare got the stains out. My carpet looks like new!

Cleaned two large old, very dirty area rugs. They picked them up from me and returned them looking like new. Very pleased with the service and reasonable price.

I cannot say enough good things about FiberCare!

I originally met the owner when they came out to clean the carpet in one of my rental properties in northeast El Paso. The carpet had **pet stains and pet odor**, and I honestly wasn't sure how well it could be brought back. When they were finished, I couldn't even tell where the stains had been — and the pet odor was completely gone. The carpet looked amazing!

They also cleaned a **rug for me**, and once again, I was blown away. It came back looking like new.

What really impressed me was learning how long FiberCare has been serving El Paso, 30 years; and seeing the equipment and process they use. This isn't someone simply running a little wand over your carpet. Their equipment does a serious deep cleaning, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The machine they use to clean has huge brushes and sucks all the gross dirty water out. I hate the wand cleaners I feel like the carpets have just been made wet without sucking at the dirty water.

Beyond the results, I found them to be **honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the work they do**.

After seeing firsthand what they were able to do with pet stains, pet odor, carpet, and my rug, I would absolutely recommend FiberCare. It's wonderful to find a longtime local El Paso business that still takes this much pride in doing the job right.

We had an outstanding experience and blown away by the job that was done. It was quick and well coordinated. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated and extremely smooth.

Economy was a bit out of the way for me but Eric the owner met with me at the store on a Saturday.
He was courteous, sincere and told me he would come out on Wednesday to check my GE washer. Eric texted me in Monday (2 days early) came within an hour and fixed the washers pump.
Eric was fast and efficient and I plan to tell all my friends about his business and excellent service!
