Economy was a bit out of the way for me but Eric the owner met with me at the store on a Saturday.
He was courteous, sincere and told me he would come out on Wednesday to check my GE washer. Eric texted me in Monday (2 days early) came within an hour and fixed the washers pump.
Eric was fast and efficient and I plan to tell all my friends about his business and excellent service!

Started to do work returned our money back wanted to change scope of work and want to change contract after they saw the job and they wanted to do less work for money they quoted . Was disappointed they took of tape on interior of my roof and left it there without putting it back . I really need to get this fix I gave him half and then he returned it back . I would have paid more if I had to just to do the job right. A simple job interior roof replace sheet rock if needed not just
patch when the sheet rock was damaged . Was charged $ 500.00 gave half $ 250.00 returned the rest then I received in my email a bill for full amount I can send you aOfficial response from representative 20.08.2026 21:37Hi Jesus, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. On June 6, 2026, we entered into an agreement with Lions Canopies & Ironwork for the installation of a driveway canopy and two side gates at our property in Las Cruces, NM . The total agreed price was $4,500, and we paid a $2,250 deposit toward the project.
The invoice provided to us states a three-week completion timeframe. After 9 weeks had passed without completion, we were specifically told that if the project was not completed by the 2nd subsequent deadline of Friday August 14th, 2026, we would receive a full refund of our $2,250 deposit. That deadline has now passed. The project has not been completed and our deposit has not been refunded.
We have made REPEATED attempts to contact them regarding the project and the promised refund. Our calls and messages have repeatedly gone unanswered.
We are now in the process of recovering our money. -
SUPERIOR job well done!
Thank you!
In and out in just a few hours, team was polite and professional.
The house smelled good, looked great and I would recommend them to anyone needed a move out cleaning or just help cleaning on a scheduled basis.Official response from representative 18.08.2026 19:04Thank you very much! It was our pleasure to serve you! -
We love our new bathroom cabinets! JMwoodwork did an amazing job from start to finish. My biggest thing was communication. Jesus always took my calls and or texts. The quality is top-notch, the installation was fast, and our bathroom looks amazing. Highly recommend them.

Abysmal professionalism! I had such high hopes early on... received texts regarding appointments. Two techs came out and "diagnosed" the issue with our washing machine (even though we already knew what the problem was). [Paid the $60 diagnostic fee.] Tech 1 said they could fix the issue but needed the quote from "the boss;" that he would be in touch "in a day or two." Never heard back. I reached out and received no reply! Is this common now, from millennial-run businesses? To ghost customers? 10/10 do not recommend!
Update: "liability" was never explained "upfront"
If the sealant solution was deemed "unreliable," that should have been communicated in a timely manner. -
I just picked up my frig. So the jury is still out on work received recieved.

We had them remove 1 tree that was located very close to the natural gas line to our house. We had them repair a water leak on our irrigation system for our plants and also run a new line to water two additional plants. We also had them trim 6 bushes in which they did a better job than we had done in the past. The tree was removed safely and very professionally. All these items were done the day after I contacted them. They also did some extra cleanup of my yard that they did not bill me for.
Official response from representative 13.08.2026 00:13Thank you for the 4star review , james! We are thrilled to hear that you loved our cleanup, tree services and irrigation works. We hope to hear from you again soon! -
How fast they responded thank you really appreciate the professionalism and response time

After 9 months, we need this work completed with quality--not rushed simply to finish.
Terrible communication from leadership: Calls, texts, and detailed emails have repeatedly gone unanswered. We have heard about the company's staffing shortages, health issues, and family emergencies and have been extremely patient. Communication improved briefly, but the owners are again not responding. We are frustrated and very upset by how we have been treated.
No kitchen for 9 months: This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Our cabinet order was placed on hold month after month. We have incurred significant additional expenses for food and countertop appliances just to eat. No customer should have to live without a kitchen for nine months.
Countertop delays after payment: After the cabinets were finally installed and we made the final of three payments so countertop measurements could be scheduled, we waited another month for answers. We also paid extra for the countertops during earlier payments. Now, as of 8/10/26, we are being told the countertops are backordered because no one has them in stock. The company should have known this before collecting our money and leaving us waiting AGAIN.
Cabinet company issues were not disclosed: The first custom cabinet company came to our home, measured, and prepared renderings, but later stopped working with the company. We were not informed for months and only learned the truth after repeatedly asking questions. A new company was eventually found but was then told to delay starting our cabinets for at least two more months.
Unlivable construction conditions: We have spent months without full use of our bathrooms and have had to sleep in construction zones or hotels just to rest while work was being completed.
Repeated quality problems: We have repeatedly had to advocate--often while frustrated and upset--for the work we agreed upon. Faucets, tile, measurements, lighting, and the tub were installed incorrectly or with poor quality, requiring us to request that numerous items be redone. We are STILL waiting for the tile and stairwell to be completed.
After nine months of delays, poor communication, additional expenses, repeated corrections, and significant disruption to our home and daily lives, we urgently need this project completed correctly, professionally, and without further unnecessary delays. -
We operate a property management company and often need to repair or replace appliances. We've been using Santos Appliance & Repair for the past 7-10 years. Carlos and hie crew are very responsive have good products and know how to properly fix almost any kind of appliance. I highly recommend them. Charlie Clark. Clark Bros Real Estate & Rentals

The company has great customer service. They went above and beyond to help us get the appliances we wanted. I highly recommend them.

It's a terrible builder. They advertise their houses as Quality and Luxury, when in fact everything is just slapped together and falls apart. Don't be blinded by a superficial look, when a brand new home looks polished. I would never recommend Winton&Associates to anyone.

Patrick did a great job installing my new filter. I highly recommend SoBellas, ask for Patrick.

We contracted Premier Home Updates to repair drywall in our garage. Carlos arrived at our home on the west side right on time of our appointment and immediately got to work. He was professional and friendly which put us at ease. His work was impeccable and you can't even tell the wall ever had a hole in it. I would recommend Premier Home Updates to anyone in the El Paso area looking for a professional and friendly service that provides reasonable prices. We will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

An Extraordinary Example of Management Failure
The attached images include a Request for Proposal for a complete Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchen appliance package.
After submitting the RFP to Builder Source, I received no response for approximately one month. I then called and left a message for the sales team. That call was never returned. I subsequently emailed the sales team with a second request for a proposal and, once again, received no response.
I sent the same RFP to two other Wolf and Sub-Zero dealers. Representatives from both companies responded enthusiastically, discussed the project with me, and promptly prepared proposals. One of those proposals is also attached, with certain information redacted.
Another commercial client of Builder Source even attempted to intervene on my behalf. That client spoke directly with a member of the sales team, yet a proposal still was not produced.
This experience represents far more than one missed sale. It is an extraordinary example of management failure.
I deliberately do not identify or criticize the individual salespeople involved. In my view, this is fundamentally a leadership and systems problem. Effective management creates accountability, supervises follow-up, provides employees with appropriate sales and customer-relationship technology, establishes clear responsibility for incoming opportunities, and gives salespeople meaningful incentives to close business.
Based on my experience, those basic disciplines were either absent or ineffective.
Eventually, I obtained a proposal from a Builder Source salesperson in New Mexico. However, the proposal was not competitive. I asked that a sales manager review it to determine whether any additional savings could be offered. I never received a response, and Builder Source lost the opportunity to compete for the business.
I ultimately purchased a nearly identical appliance package elsewhere. The only meaningful change was that the final package consisted entirely of Wolf and Sub-Zero products. My savings were approximately **$3,500**.
The takeaway is simple: consumers have numerous options for purchasing Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, both within and outside the El Paso region. Save yourself time by researching multiple dealers and working with businesses that are responsive, organized, and genuinely interested in earning your business.
Large Wolf and Sub-Zero packages may also qualify for manufacturer rebates, package incentives, or dealer discounts, so buyers should obtain and carefully compare multiple proposals.
This was my personal experience with Builder Source. Yours may differ, but mine was characterized by repeated non-responses, inadequate follow-through, and a lost opportunity that should have been entirely preventable.
**Buyer beware.** -
