The Ready2Decor team was absolutely amazing and fun to work with! They helped transform my home, using spaces creatively and giving the home new life. I truly believe that their services were worth every cent and essential in selling my home so quickly. I highly recommend their staging services if you’re considering selling your home.

RE-Bath did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom and converting our bathtub into a stand-up shower. From the beginning, the team communicated regularly and kept us updated throughout the entire installation process.
Everyone was professional, respectful, and mindful of our home and surroundings while completing the work. The quality of the finished shower exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out.
Overall, we had an excellent experience with RE-Bath. Based on the quality of their work and customer service, I would definitely consider using them again for future bathroom remodeling projects, as long as the pricing remains competitive. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. -
Booked an appointment and 5 minutes later they called me letting me know that a technician was on their way to repair my garage spring. Technician arrived did his job and went on to his next appointment. Great Service and Reasonable Prices. I definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

I bought a house about 2 years ago from Winton and all I can say is that their service is the worst. The foreman’s never followed up on the either of both lists that we turned in for all the wrong things that the house had. And every time I would called the warranty office the lady in charge was always in a bad mood very unprofessional and she was of no help whatsoever very unprofessional and bad service. As of now I’m still trying for them to come and fix everything that the house has wrong since we bought it. Never buying a house from them again!!! Don’t buy Winton Homes!!!

We love our new bathroom cabinets! JMwoodwork did an amazing job from start to finish. My biggest thing was communication. Jesus always took my calls and or texts. The quality is top-notch, the installation was fast, and our bathroom looks amazing. Highly recommend them.

Abysmal professionalism! I had such high hopes early on... received texts regarding appointments. Two techs came out and "diagnosed" the issue with our washing machine (even though we already knew what the problem was). [Paid the $60 diagnostic fee.] Tech 1 said they could fix the issue but needed the quote from "the boss;" that he would be in touch "in a day or two." Never heard back. I reached out and received no reply! Is this common now, from millennial-run businesses? To ghost customers? 10/10 do not recommend!
Update: "liability" was never explained "upfront"
If the sealant solution was deemed "unreliable," that should have been communicated in a timely manner. -
We hired Inspiring Spaces when we moved in to our home to help us get settled in the most functional way possible. Mariela and her team efficiently covered all of our needs and exceeded expectations. Moving into a new space with a family was much more manageable and less overwhelming with the help of Inspiring Spaces. Our space is highly functional and custom to our needs. We can’t thank Mariela and team enough and grateful for their assistance.

Ready2Decor is ready to help! Monica and Laura are very professional and hard working. We bought a house that was staged by Ready2Decor, the staging gave us an idea of how beautiful the space can look and we were even able to purchase one of the items for our future home. 10/10 service

I couldn’t be happier with my new solar screens from Waldo Glass Repair! They installed the darkest black solar screens with bronze frames, and they completely transformed the look of my home. The screens give my house a much sleeker, more modern appearance while still complementing the exterior perfectly.
One thing I really love is that I can still see outside clearly from inside my home while getting the added privacy and sun protection. An added bonus is that they’ll help keep my home cooler and lower my energy bill, which is a huge plus during our triple-digit weather.
The installation was professional, and the finished product looks amazing. If you’re thinking about installing solar screens, I highly recommend Waldo Glass Repair. Great quality, excellent workmanship, and a beautiful finished result! -
Rebath did an excellent job, the cost was reasonable, and their entire team, to include the installers. Everyone was very professional and made the process a smooth one!! Thanks again..,

Kane Gandy was very good and helpful when I was pucking out my new garage door. I
t was installed today by Gary Pineda who did an exceptional job. He was on time and very professional and polite.
The office was also great in texting me and letting me know in advance, when to expect the new door and installation date. -
The Inspector, Juan, was extremely precise and thorough while inspecting the Home. He never seemed rushed while performing the inspection. I was very pleased with his detail and work since purchasing a home is a huge investment. This guy checked everything and when I received the report, on the same day, it was extremely detailed and easy to read and understand. It definitely put my mind at ease!!!! I would definitely recommend AAA Inspectors if the opportunity should arise. Thank You Juan and AAA Inspectors!

Jose Luis doesn’t keep his word, they do answer your calls and questions but they say they will show up on a specific day and they don’t show up, no call to apologize or to reschedule, I guess they don’t need our business, very unprofessional.

Too busy to schedule a call with your customers? Please let us know when you talk to us that our business isn’t important!
It’s crazy how you and two other companies are so unprofessional when it comes to to returning call or just to simply schedule an appointment. -
We contracted Premier Home Updates to repair drywall in our garage. Carlos arrived at our home on the west side right on time of our appointment and immediately got to work. He was professional and friendly which put us at ease. His work was impeccable and you can't even tell the wall ever had a hole in it. I would recommend Premier Home Updates to anyone in the El Paso area looking for a professional and friendly service that provides reasonable prices. We will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Ready to Decor was absolutely amazing! They made my job as a Realtor so much easier. They were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their staging transformed the home and made a tremendous difference in helping us sell it for the highest and best price. I can’t say enough about their talent, attention to detail, and exceptional service. I highly recommend Ready to Decor to anyone looking to showcase their home at its very best!

An Extraordinary Example of Management Failure
The attached images include a Request for Proposal for a complete Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchen appliance package.
After submitting the RFP to Builder Source, I received no response for approximately one month. I then called and left a message for the sales team. That call was never returned. I subsequently emailed the sales team with a second request for a proposal and, once again, received no response.
I sent the same RFP to two other Wolf and Sub-Zero dealers. Representatives from both companies responded enthusiastically, discussed the project with me, and promptly prepared proposals. One of those proposals is also attached, with certain information redacted.
Another commercial client of Builder Source even attempted to intervene on my behalf. That client spoke directly with a member of the sales team, yet a proposal still was not produced.
This experience represents far more than one missed sale. It is an extraordinary example of management failure.
I deliberately do not identify or criticize the individual salespeople involved. In my view, this is fundamentally a leadership and systems problem. Effective management creates accountability, supervises follow-up, provides employees with appropriate sales and customer-relationship technology, establishes clear responsibility for incoming opportunities, and gives salespeople meaningful incentives to close business.
Based on my experience, those basic disciplines were either absent or ineffective.
Eventually, I obtained a proposal from a Builder Source salesperson in New Mexico. However, the proposal was not competitive. I asked that a sales manager review it to determine whether any additional savings could be offered. I never received a response, and Builder Source lost the opportunity to compete for the business.
I ultimately purchased a nearly identical appliance package elsewhere. The only meaningful change was that the final package consisted entirely of Wolf and Sub-Zero products. My savings were approximately **$3,500**.
The takeaway is simple: consumers have numerous options for purchasing Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, both within and outside the El Paso region. Save yourself time by researching multiple dealers and working with businesses that are responsive, organized, and genuinely interested in earning your business.
Large Wolf and Sub-Zero packages may also qualify for manufacturer rebates, package incentives, or dealer discounts, so buyers should obtain and carefully compare multiple proposals.
This was my personal experience with Builder Source. Yours may differ, but mine was characterized by repeated non-responses, inadequate follow-through, and a lost opportunity that should have been entirely preventable.
**Buyer beware.**
