Extremely disappointing. Have worked with this team before and it was amazing. This go around however was full of ignored communication. Even when I was upsold for nearly 1000$ worth of work, they ignored my request for availability. Never on time and just don’t show up unless reminded constantly. They obviously don’t want new business. They even put my shower back with poor caulking because they were upset we decided to go with someone else. So sad to see local businesses ignore clients.

Edgar and his crew do an amazing job! It all starts with his excellent communication. Everything is upfront and he does not leave you guessing. They are very punctual and their work is outstanding. They went out of their way to clean as good as they were able due to the dust created in the demo stage. They are very quality and definitely look out for the customer. I will use this company again and I highly recommend them!

We had an outstanding experience and blown away by the job that was done. It was quick and well coordinated. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated and extremely smooth.

Economy was a bit out of the way for me but Eric the owner met with me at the store on a Saturday.
He was courteous, sincere and told me he would come out on Wednesday to check my GE washer. Eric texted me in Monday (2 days early) came within an hour and fixed the washers pump.
Eric was fast and efficient and I plan to tell all my friends about his business and excellent service!

RE-Bath did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom and converting our bathtub into a stand-up shower. From the beginning, the team communicated regularly and kept us updated throughout the entire installation process.

Everyone was professional, respectful, and mindful of our home and surroundings while completing the work. The quality of the finished shower exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Overall, we had an excellent experience with RE-Bath. Based on the quality of their work and customer service, I would definitely consider using them again for future bathroom remodeling projects, as long as the pricing remains competitive. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Booked an appointment and 5 minutes later they called me letting me know that a technician was on their way to repair my garage spring. Technician arrived did his job and went on to his next appointment. Great Service and Reasonable Prices. I definitely recommend this business to family and friends.

I bought a house about 2 years ago from Winton and all I can say is that their service is the worst. The foreman’s never followed up on the either of both lists that we turned in for all the wrong things that the house had. And every time I would called the warranty office the lady in charge was always in a bad mood very unprofessional and she was of no help whatsoever very unprofessional and bad service. As of now I’m still trying for them to come and fix everything that the house has wrong since we bought it. Never buying a house from them again!!! Don’t buy Winton Homes!!!

We love our new bathroom cabinets! JMwoodwork did an amazing job from start to finish. My biggest thing was communication. Jesus always took my calls and or texts. The quality is top-notch, the installation was fast, and our bathroom looks amazing. Highly recommend them.

Abysmal professionalism! I had such high hopes early on... received texts regarding appointments. Two techs came out and "diagnosed" the issue with our washing machine (even though we already knew what the problem was). [Paid the $60 diagnostic fee.] Tech 1 said they could fix the issue but needed the quote from "the boss;" that he would be in touch "in a day or two." Never heard back. I reached out and received no reply! Is this common now, from millennial-run businesses? To ghost customers? 10/10 do not recommend!

If the sealant solution was deemed "unreliable," that should have been communicated in a timely manner.
