Had an appointment at 8:30 they picked the time. No one showed up no call to let me know, I thought they were just running late . Called them at 9:40 they told me they had overlooked the appointment but made no effort to send someone else out. Then called me at 10:40 and said they couldn't have anyone out until 3:30. The lady through the one that was training under the bus So to speak that it was her fault that no one was here. If she is training why isn't anyone checking her work. I would give a zero but don't have that option.

I don’t doubt his work however customer service is exceptionally lacking, he’s worked with my husband before but when he was deployed I could not even get on a schedule (even after repeatedly contacting him after many promised call backs or actual appointment time) when I finally pressed I was told he could put me 3 weeks out, which would make whole process over two months.Very vague through whole process on when and IF he could come out, I will say he did come once without a heads up so I couldn’t put dogs up in time because like him I WORK...Bottom line I assume if you are a new install or longtime customer you get priority. Which is sad because I only heard good things and he installed with previous owner so he knows the mechanics of it all 😡

They literally have everything you need, the guy at front was very helpful didn't make you feel dumb like other places do and very polite! Tues, March 26 2:50 pm

Unfortunately this company's poor quality and lack or willingness to honor their warranty, has resulted in us having to shell out more money to fix their "work". Gale insulation refuses to answer their phones or communicate a resolution to the services they provided and were paid for.

Expensive, estimates are way under final job price. Make sure you keep everything they make you sign if not they will over charge it up when they sue you.
Can't complain about the quality of work.

Amazing job! Adrian and Alvin mounted our 2 TVs and they came out amazing. Completely recommend them. They know exactly what they’re doing and they’re incredibly friendly! Will definitely contact them next time we need a tv mounted!

Other than the one time we used them several years ago and wrote a very nice review, it has been nothing but high prices ever since (even after clearly expressing our desire for them to be conservative when designing their solution). They quoted us $18k for an audio system to provide background music in our business. Then recently quoted us $17k for a cellular signal booster. That was after the $300 fee charged for the on-site survey.

Unfortunately, we can't begin to explain what changed and we also can't leave our positive review up encouraging others to do business with this company as we would no longer do business ourselves with TechPro Audio & Video.

(Prior Review) Very impressive company. Mark and Travis did an exceptional job on our installation. They are extremely detailed and exceeded our expectations in every way. Even took the personal time and effort to adjust equipment to our specific needs. Hands down the only people to call for audio and video in El Paso! (No longer recommended by reviewer.)

AWESOME SERVICE!!! I emailed to get a price quote, and within 1 hour, we are scheduling an appointment. I was surprised that someone was able to come out that same day, and within less than 1 1/2 hours from my initial call. Mark, and I didn't catch the other gentleman's name were awesome, went over my charges and assured me that my 65 in tv was NOT going anywhere lol. If I could give them a 10/5 stars I would. Will use again in the near future and highly recommend them.

El Paso Fireplaces were very professional while installing my new beautiful fireplace! The installers were very friendly and patient. My fireplace looks great. Highly recommend #elpasofireplaces

I would never in my life use this store. Worst experience ever, never recommend this shop. They don't count appointment as a promise. The designer who had measured my kitchen did not appear at the shop on meeting time, without any notice, even without any management excuses. The designer did not answer the phone from the shop then. I don't expect kind service, but only professional behavior. These behavior and management tells its service level. Unfortunately, I put a 1 star rating, but if there was a rating between 0 to 5, I would definitely rate a 0 for sure.

If your ready for a new house that you want to be involved in the building of then Rassette is the builder you want to work with. Absolutely great experience designing our house in a great community. The Rassette team/family cares and ensures you are satisfied with the entire experience. Don’t look elsewhere.

Building with Rassette Homes was a pleasure and a great experience right from the start and all the way through the completion of the project. We were recommended to RH by a friend. We fell in love with the lot size and the 1650 SQFT floor plan. Shortly after moving in, and I mean shortly. We had our first big problem. We closed 05-18-2018, and by 05-23-2018 we had leak in the Jacuzzi bath we upgraded too. See picture of holes cut into my brand new home. Fixed and we moved on. Then the problems kept and keep on coming! The lighting in the laundry room just quit--(1-2 weeks in) got a new entire fixture, not just the florescent blubs replaced. The pocket/niche lights kept making clicking noises and turning on and off. They came out and replaced the transformers and bulbs. The problem persisted. They came out again and replaced the transformers and decided to look behind the canisters. Once they pulled the canisters out of the niche ceiling, the lighting company that was there showed me what the problem was. They completely insulated the entire surrounding of the canisters. See photo of BURNED insulations. Also, note the warning on the canister that clearly states to not insulate within 3 inches. This was the worst thing that has happened. Our brand new home could have burned down with my pets in it!!!!!! See pictures. There has been MANY MANY more issues. Too many to get into here. So, I will leave it at this. BUYER BEWARE!

Would love to give them an honest review but all I have is from their customer service. I've been getting reschuled for 3 weeks now. No joke i get called on the day of the appointment that they have to reschedule or they just wont show up and forget to call you. I've wasted so much time off work because I took time off work to meet then. If you have an abundance of time then give them a call.

Would rate a 0 star if available. Horrible customer service. If you cannot provide any customer service, you should close your business. Learn how to speak to people and maybe your business would grow. If a company seeks clarification on repairs etc., personal feelings and insults should NEVER be part of your responses or business ethics. Treat others as you would like to be treated----kindergarten rule #1! Figure it out FAST!

They are all very professional, on time, very knowledgeable, and neat. Highly recommend!! I'm very happy for the carpet and laminate wood installations they did in my house.

The service representative that came for our installation was professional, courteous, and clean. He made sure we were satisfied and that our equipment was protected. The resultant wires are hidden from view and our entertainment looks much better.

I've done business with them on 3 occasions. They've never let me down they do fabulous work they're very professional they clean up after themselves and they don't disappoint. I highly recommend them!
