Reviews of local pros in El Paso, Texas

Fantastic selection of high end audio equipment and great customer service, glad I found them since they moved from their gateway location. McIntosh and B&W is an unbelievably clean combination both visually and sonically.

I want to let everyone know about the exceptional service provided by Ray with El Paso Fireplaces! Our son had been deployed with the Army and my wife and I were working on his house for his return to El Paso in early Spring. We encountered a problem with his fireplace toward the end of our stay when Ray returned our call for assistance. Ray went out of his way to provide parts, guidance and returned our calls after hours and Christmas evening! With that kind of service, I would recommend he and El Paso Fireplace to anyone wanting a trustworthy, caring person and company!!

Worked with Julio from A-1 Kitchens to create a custom kitchen. Very happy with their work. The craftsmanship is top notch, and the end product is gorgeous. Julio was kind enough to indulge me and go back and forth with me on the kitchen dimensions and options multiple times during the planning phase. He was always amicable and pleasant, and never rushed me. I am very happy and plan to use them for other projects including my master bath.

Inspiring Spaces speaks my love language! My favorite form of self care is organization. I organize my house for fun and even with feeling like my home was fairly organized, I deeply benefited from Inspiring Spaces. The systems Mariela put in place matched my needs, aesthetic, and spaces. She customized the organizational products, labels, and colors to what she knew would suit me individually. She was professional and self sufficient. I am a busy mother of five and she needed little guidance as she transformed several rooms in our home. We have used her multiple times for different areas. She has done our pantry, kitchen, playrooms, art supplies, master closet, garage, and all of our extra storage areas. I have no hesitation in saying you should definitely use this company if you are in El Paso and looking for some guidance and help in getting your home to have a little less clutter and be a lot more organized. It is a daunting task that they do so easily! I have attached just some of what Inspiring Spaces has done for us!

Great experience dealing with 77 stone. Chris was a pleasure to work with.

We had an issue with our cabinets not being level and they recommended a great affordable contractor to help us ensure that our stone turned out perfect. Lifetime guarantee on my beautiful quartz and highly recommend their company.

Will be doing business again in the future

My husband I and hired Winton and associates to build our forever home. We are both military and decided to retire in El Paso. Technically Santa Teresa,
NM. We paid about $370,000 for our home with roughly $40,000 cash in upgrades. This is the quality of work we have received. We agreed to close on the home do to not wanting to loose my 2.25% interest rate and they in turn agreed to a 30 day contract to fix everything. It has been nearly 5 months and they are difficult to get a hold of and send employees that do shotty work. It's been one of the biggest headaches of my life. And I'm at my wits end. I don't know where to go from here. I feel like the nightmare will never end! Once you do get a hold of someone they make excuses and make promises to fix it, but there's no follow through. I will agree to take this down once they make the needed and promised repairs. But until then, others deserve to know what they might have to go through if they choose this company to build their home. This is just taking 5 mins to snap pics, there is so much more!

They replaced the mirror on my beautiful frame for a cheap price and the mirror is of good quality but they also sell all types of glass for windows and shower doors ...and they also do letter engraving on glass wow !!!didnt know of this place will be going back soon for another mirror for another frame i have ....🥰🥰🥰

Working with Inspiring Spaces and Mariela was an amazing experience! Mariela is professional, detail oriented, and a perfectionist (which I absolutely loved). We are so happy with our closet space. The final result was everything I imagined and more - she far exceeded our expectations. I look forward to working with her again and again in the future!

I highly recommend Inspiring Spaces! Very professional and helpful. My closet craft area and craft desk have made it easy to inspire my kids and I. The system that Mariela created for us still works for us and I love it. If your craft area needs a little love, let Inspiring Spaces help.

Website design is fabulous and Carl Daniel Architects is the best firm for commercial architecture!

Mariela and her team worked wonders in my children’s playroom. We went from clutter and disorganization to a very organized and enjoyable space. Every detail from the labeling to the book organization by color was inspired! There were an incredible amount of toys and they took the time to thoughtfully separate each category to make playtime easy and fun again. I cannot say enough about Mariela and her team - thoughtful, positive energy, and great communication!

Located south of I-10 (under the Piedras St bridges and north of railroad tracks) on Durazno St. Best way in is Copia St south from I-10 to Durazno and turn West until you reach the bridges and they are on the right. You can pass the bridges and turn around (also can park on west side of bridges). Tight backing into docks.

The good: I used their services before and they provided a great quote and the service was what I expected.
That bad: they did not inform me that two workers were coming to my house to do the job, two guys just showed up. Luckily I was on my way out the door to go to work or else nobody would have been home to let them in. I tried to contact the company three times to schedule another job, I was told I'd be contacted by a sales representative, but that never happened.

I hired this family run business to install gutters on my home. Roger, the owner, arrived at my home right on time when I needed his estimate. He is friendly and knowledgeable and quick laid out his plan for my gutters. A written estimate was provide in just a short time and I decided his professionalism was an indication of the type of work his company would perform. I was not disappointed.

Workers showed up right on time and quickly began working on my project. There were no incidents or surprises. They were efficient and it was clear they had vast experience in doing this type of work. I noticed Roger also arrived at the work site to check on progress and to answer any questions I had. I found out later, he always is at the site whenever his crew is working. I liked being able to speak with him and to know his workers were being guided. He had no problem with doing several modifications which I requested. I found this to be a refreshing approach and one which I appreciated. In a short time, this project was completed and the finished work is certain to solve several ponding issues I had. The color of the gutters exactly matches the color of my house. A definite bonus!

Like true professionals, this company accepts cash, checks, and credit cards for payment and even sent an invoice for my records. This company does a variety of different work which might be needed around a home, to name a few AC, heating, as well as exterior siding, and I will keep their phone number handy.

Thank you Roger, Lettie and your crew.

Incredible service!!! I was moving to another rental home and I wasn't going to have time to clean the house I was vacating. Victor and Candy came to clean my home and did an amazing job! The house looked better than when I first moved in. They took their time, did everything that they stated they would do. Their prices are very reasonable and it's worth every penny! They took a world of stress off of me not having to worry about cleaning the house. You won't be sorry if you hire them, they're AMAZING 💯!!!

I would like to thank your outstanding employee Cris he was so professional and helpful today. I live in the northeast and never visited this store before. He made me feeled very welcome and part of your big family. I am building my home and plan to do a lot of my business with your company. Great staff.!

I needed some large items removed and he was very friendly, arrived on time. Price was good. Will definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.

The contractors broke my tiles. They did not show up consistently. They did not fix what they broke. They took my money without finishing the job.
Do not hire these contractors.

Getting an estimate was fast and easy. Once the project began and I had questions, the Project Manager would respond promptly. I love that they use Sherwin Williams paint and their price for the quality (including warranty) is fair. Painters were efficient and the end result was BEAUTIFUL!! All my requests and expectations were met. A couple neighbors painted their homes using CertaPro soon after so it made our street better looking, too!

Outstanding work ethic and supreme customer service! From the moment I made initial contact over the phone you could tell that they truly valued customer service. I contacted them for a second opinion regarding some gas fireplace issues I was having. The fireplace had been out of use for over 2 years due to a previous company telling me that my gas fireplace had to be removed from the wall etc. - - I’m glad to have contacted this company since they sent a professional to conduct a thorough inspection and service on my fireplace. He resolved the issue in one day, and there was no wall removal necessary. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need to upgrade or purchase a fireplace I have added them to my phone contacts.

My organization has been able to order material from Graybar during the pandemic with few delays.
