AC went out in triple digit heat. Not fun. We called Bragg Mechanical and they came out the next day and saved us from baking alive. My issue was quickly identified and fixed. Very professional and responsive service. Gave me some advice for keeping my system running well. I will keep using and recommending this company!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to a hot house so called a few places hoping to get a call back. Bragg Mechanical quickly called back and was able to come out in about an hour. The name of the guy who showed up was Jon and he was very friendly yet professional- he explained likely causes and what he was testing. After that, the needed part was replaced and I was back up and running. All around excellent service… definitely recommend!!!

I noticed at the end of last week that my A/C was not cooling properly and seemed to be running all late afternoon and evening which is not normal for the weather we were having. I called my home warranty company and they came out Friday and was supposed to send in a report to get authorization to fix and see if covered...I was out of town this weekend, so I called Monday and supposedly the man never sent in the report, so then when he sent it in the notes were inaccurate and it was an entire ordeal with the home warranty company, needless to say they claim repairs would not be covered. Bragg has been recommended to me by more than one person, so I called them up, they were there Monday afternoon, took bad coil(caused by factory defect), went and picked up a new one under warranty price, and had it installed and was out of my hair by 11am Tuesday. Could you really ask for better service. Friendly, punctual, professional and knows how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend Bragg Mechanical Services!

EXACTLY what you want with a home services company. John was responsive, punctual, and professional. He quickly identified what was wrong with our system and got our A/C back up quickly. However, what I appreciated most was that John was humble and kind - qualities that suggest you can trust him and his work. And that is priceless.

Honest, dependable and knowledgeable. I have an AC unit from 1982. My goal was to run the unit until it would no longer run. Several other companies would not even service my unit without trying to sell me a new one. John serviced and repaired my unit a few times over a 4 year period until it could no longer be serviced. He is always available, honest and affordable in repairs. He was recommended by my neighbor who has used him for years. Highly recommend!

Having used Brag HVAC exclusively since 1992, I can attest to their outstanding service and professionalism! Jon serviced my AC unit today, and as always, texted in advance to notify me of his ETA, arrived on time, and was polite and personable. He always explains the service he is completing in a detailed and comprehensive manner that I can understand. Today he took additional time to answer my questions about the newest refrigerant R-454B & I am now well informed. I love this company!

I hired Brag HVAC initially for a full replacement of a condo A/C unit. John and his crew completed the entire job in one day and the system was extremely efficient and saved me a ton in my electric bill. I then hired him to replace the A/C unit in my dog kennel which again went great and the system exceeded expectations. 3 month later I hired him again to install two 5 ton units in my training building to help me navigate the hot summers and cold winters. I'm sitting here today and it's 103 outside and 72 inside and that exactly what I have it set on. John is hard working, honest and dependable. He has checked on the systems several times since the installation because I always have dogs on site and their comfort and safety is paramount. I've used other companies but no one has been as supportive, fast, honest and dependable as John and Brag HVAC. He isnt a franchise. He does not try to oversell or offer gimmicks to make additional money. I cannot recommend him enough and he has my business for as long as I live in DFW.

I would highly recommend Bragg HVAC! Jon the owner, went above and beyond to help me and my husband with all of our HVAC needs and financing. He was willing to jump through hoops with some financing issues we kept facing, just to make sure we were taken care of. Not once did we ever feel pressured or we weren't being told the truth. So if you want good quality, honest HVAC work done, give them a call! Our attic was a mess with out dated duct work and installation. Jon and his crew were thorough, quick and did a beautiful job! Its so nice not to have 3 fans going in our room along with the temp down to the coldest we could get it, just to sleep. Thank you Bragg HVAC! You are THE BEST!!

After a harrowing experience with Reliant AC, one of my clients referred me over to Jon at Bragg HVAC. Jon was very thorough and went over our entire system very carefully. What was originally bid as a full replacement on a 9 year old system (to the tune of $21k), turned out to be a clog, new thermostat and part replacement costing about $2200. This was over a year ago that we first had Jon come out - he now services our rental properties and our primary residence. Jon is professional, upfront and more interested in having your AC work as long as possible, with no frills or fluff charges built in. He's a definite recommend, especially coming from a seasoned Realtor.

Kane came to my house for hot water heater repair work and he was kind, professional and patient. He was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue in a timely manner without me having to “break the bank” ! Thank you Kane for your service ☺️

Luke has been a great guy. Who thoroughly went through the house and did detailed investigation on the issue. Also explained us about everything he could find and how our hvac system is. Appreciate all his patience and detailing.

Luke was professional and efficient and did a good job servicing the AC. The only issue is that I wish he had checked the fresh air intake box, as the noise seems to be coming from there. I texted him after he left because I was concerned, and they will be coming back to take another look. Overall I recommend his service.

Bryan did a really good job replacing my coil. He showed me the problem, how they fixed it and how everything should run.
Before Bryan came out Shelby came out the same day and diagnosed my issue. He took pictures and videos of the issues and explained the costs associated. Shelby and Bryan were both extremely through. Greatly appreciate them both and would recommend them to others!
