Mr Jordan Trujillo. What a great guy. This is the second time he has graced us with his presence. Very informative, friendly and he didn’t hesitate to put in his booties before walking into my house. If I could give him 8 stars out of 5, I would definitely give him 9! You guys are truly blessed to have him representing your company. Give that man raise!

Tyler was great! He did a really good job of helping us resolve our issues and explained different paths to solutions. We felt better after he let us know that we would be safe from any fire hazard. Great guy!

We had an excellent experience with David Rafael. He was professional, knowledgeable, and showed up right on time. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but David truly delivered. Highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work!

I can’t say enough good things about Copeland Heating and Air. The technicians were on time, respectful, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. David Rafael was especially great—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. You can tell the team takes pride in their work and truly values their customers. David, Tyler, and Roman!!! amazing guys. So sweet and discussed everything with me and my daughter. They were very considerate on my needs knowing I needed work I could handle. I was so impressed with them. It's been a long time since having service that really took your needs into consideration. I normally use a different company that has my warranty but takes advantage of me. I want them to know they do make a difference.

We had an amazing experience with Copeland. From the beginning the nice lady who called me and scheduled the appointment. I apologize I don't remember her name. To David the technician who came out. He was amazing even though the cops were here as well lol. The price was fair and in my opinion not over charged. Last to the crew who came out and spent about 4 hours in my attic doing duct modifications. You guys and gals are all amazing and wonderful. My kids have finally had a good night rest with cool air now in their rooms. Thank you

David did such a great job helping us out!!! He worked hard to save us money and didn't mind one bit answering all my annoying questions. Also, explaining things to me very patiently. We'll definitely be working with these guys from now on, and I'll ask specifically for David!

Jordan was an awesome person I really liked how he came in and took his time and he did his best telling us the problem that we had. And thank God we can get it fixed. I will recommend others to y'all and I like his attitude y'all need more people like him. Out there. I am being honest about 3 year's ago I bought a central air unit off of another Air Conditioning Company and got ripped of big time so today with this Texas bad weather coming in I had to make sure we have heat so Copeland Air Conditioning and Heat came to my rescue and the Tech Jordan was amazing awesome very knowledgeable very professional and took the time to explain to me what he had to do and what it would take to get the heat to come on I will stay with this Company because they are very honest and stand behind there word. I cant recommend Copeland and Kane enough. He took great care of us!!! Can I give 10 stars? He took the time to not only show us the issue but explain how it happens. I dont have the knowledge to install a toilet myself so we are thankful Kane was there. Having someone with great knowledge of what he does made us feel like this was the right choice. I highly recommend this company and hope they have other people like Kane employeed there. Now I dont want to have anymore plumbing issues, but if we do I will be calling Copeland and requesting Kane.

Okay I don't care what anybody says David did an amazing job. David was not just polite, but he was courteous, full of information, my dogs actually liked him so that tells me that he's an okay guy and has really good energy. Because if my dogs like you, I'm going to like you lol. David was old-fashioned polite which I respect, a lot of yes sir and mister hen addressing me. And what really made me appreciate David was the fact that he didn't mind me hanging around here and there, watching what he did he even explained some of the things he was doing, and showed me where some possible problems might be that we can address as soon as we're able. He also complimented the work I did , because his basic inspection went through all the stuff that I had addressed myself in minor repairs, and Trust me, we have an older system from like 2,000, 2001 somewhere in there LOL. I really felt good about dealing with an individual who was very straightforward, and could or rate both praise and critique. 100% respect David for that! The advertisement I responded to was 100% honest. There was no charge to come out and kind of check stuff out. David went Above and Beyond in my opinion, and thanks to David and his friendly respectable demeanor, Copeland just got a new customer on their membership package, because it is literally about half of American resources insurance, and we are so canceling them in favor of Copeland membership as recommended by david. Up to 15% off on services? Heck yeah! It just depends on what you get and what needs to be done, so it's a win-win and we're saving money on membership fees for basically what is insurance for Electrical Plumbing and Air conditioning! As soon as I'm in a position to follow David's recommendations, we are doing so, and we are going to enjoy whatever discounts we get on the services that we use. Thank you very much David for everything you did, and said! Much appreciated and I appreciated your direct honesty, even if I didn't really like some of it, I still respect a man who is straightforward and tells it like it is! Hopefully you'll be the guy that comes back out next time, when/ if we need service.

He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. After a full inspection, he reassured us that everything looked great and walked us through our options without any pressure. We really appreciated how honest, patient, and professional he was—it made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Jordan to anyone needing HVAC service or an inspection!

When Shelby, their outstanding technician, arrived, he quickly identified the problem — a faulty blower motor installation by the original company — and clearly explained exactly what needed to be done and how we could solve it. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and gave me complete confidence in their work.

David was awesome. He came out and gave us an honest assessment of our situation with cost effective solutions. He did not try to pressure us into buying a whole new system. He was very respectful and looked for every way to help us out. Can't say enough good things about this service.

We are first time homeowners and had lots of first-time-homeowner jitters having to call a tech so soon but with the incoming Texas winter coming through this weekend, i didnt have another choice in calling for outside help. Our experience with this company was absolutely great! I called early in the morning to have someone take a look at what our builder said was a "small fix" to reboot the system that forces us to only use the emergency heat setting which is something that was supposed to have been corrected before we moved in, (which is wild bc if it was so small, they shouldve had it done without an issue, right? WRONG.) and it ended up turning out to be something more difficult which is what caused our jitters to begin with. The time frame given was for a tech to show up between 11am-1pm and he showed up right at 11 which was surprising and very appreciated. My whole day wasn't wasted having to take care of this. I really thought I wouldn't be seeing anyone until well after after 1pm. Our tech, Jordan was very thorough with the issue at hand, what causes it, all of our options to fix it, etc., and he was super friendly with our pups which we appreciate as guard dogs have the first and last say. If my pups approve, then I approve and you should too! I'm super glad to have Jordan to help us out on this new journey of owning a house and to have met him sooner rather than later. Yall, give homie a pay raise, send him on vacation to the Caribbean, Greece, SOMEWHERE. Dog tax included:

I’m honestly tired of giving this company chances. They seem like nice people, but the way they handle pricing feels very disappointing.

This past Sunday, I paid over $700 for a 30 minute visit. THE TECHNICIAN WAS NOT THERE FOR OVER 3 hours! I had camera footage to prove it. I was told a detailed story about returning Monday morning between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. to follow up. That never happened. Instead, another technician was sent out to present even more charges.
The two options I was given were shocking. One quote was over $11,000, and the temporary solution was $1,700. That is on top of the nearly $800 already paid the day before.

I should have insisted on getting everything in writing, but I truly expected better. Unfortunately, this will be my last time using this company.

Koyt Rowan came out and serviced and quoted me on all the work I needed. Very helpful and supportive. Took the time to answer all my questions I wanted to know. Showed me pictures and little things I can do on my own. Very pleased with this company and what they are doing. Koyt was honest and will be scheduling an appointment to get my work done. Ask other company to come give me an assessment but they were not good. I will come back on and do a review for the work that will be done as well.

​I had a great experience with Copeland Air Conditioning Service. Luke was incredibly thorough while servicing our AC unit and explained everything he was doing. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very courteous and respectful of our home. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. We will definitely be asking for him specifically for all our future maintenance!

Our AC unit was not cooling and we called Copeland home services in hopes of them being able to come out not only the same day, but on a Saturday. Not only were they able to send someone out today, on a Saturday, they sent a phenomenal technician to help us. I have worked in customer care all of my life and I can say without a doubt Jordan is the standard for excelling in customer service. Jordan was polite, patient, and went above and beyond to educate me on what was going on and how we can improve our system. I highly recommend Jordan and Copeland home services.
