I called Copeland and made an appointment. Lex and Roman came out. Very professional young men. They explained everything to me and gave me several different options to take care of everything. These guys were great! I will definitely be using them again for HVAC or electrical. Thanks guys!!

I was referred to Copeland by a neighbor. An outside faucet broke, we turned water off, needed emergency repair. Milestone was two day turnaround, Copeland could come next day. We chose Copeland and we had a very good experience! Autumn was pleasant and professional on the phone line and Santiago Flores the plumber did an excellent repair, replaced old faucet with a new one. I would use Copeland Home Services again!

We had a great experience with Copeland Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical! David came out to service our heating system and he was incredibly nice, honest, and punctual. He thoroughly cleaned out the unit and had it up and running again in no time. Truly appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend their services!

They sent a tech out within the hour. And this tech—what an excellent young man! Shelby was his name, and he was respectful and courteous. He ran his checks and did exceptional work.
I am pleased and impressed with Shelby and with Copeland. I’ll be calling on them again.

Brent was my tech and he was amazing - great communication, super courteous & professional. Our heat has been down since the beginning of winter this season and sadly we've been without central heat through this current winter storm and presently unable to repair or replace the furnace. Saw Brandon's social media posts on their desire to help people get their heat back on and decided to call them. Today Jakob came out and was able to diagnose the issue and my family now has heat. Could not recommend this company more than I already have and both Jakob and the previous technician Jordan were excellent with great work ethics.

David went above and beyond to help us especially during the storm. He risked driving in the snow to come help us with our furnace. We had no heat in the house and it was super cold and I’m so glad I was able to get in contact with David to get our heat working. Copeland is so lucky to have David as an employee. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Copeland is amazing and really helped us out this week. Santiago and Kane were great, very professional, patient and kind. Our water heater busted flooding our garage, when it was 1st American plumbing they had installed the water heater and I needed assistance getting an old invoice to honor the warranty. The girls answering the phones were so kind and willing to help, they found the old Home Depot email from 2019 that allows us to use the warranty. Santiago came out and gave us a quote for labor costs and worked with us on what day we would be able to complete the job. Kane came out today (a Saturday) and was very professional and got the work done efficiently. We will continue to use Copeland for any plumbing needs and plan to highly recommend them! Thank you!!

Our AC went out and I saw the ad from Brandon on fb. Sent it to my husband and they were able to get someone out on the same day. Jakob was very professional and knowledgeable. Jakob explained the problem the AC unit had to my husband. He is very honest and has great customer service. Highly recommend this company.

Jordan and Luke were great! They were both very thorough, checked the inside and outside unit and even the attic.
They explained things in detail and were very nice. I feel confident knowing that we're in good hands with Copeland!

I had some issues with electrical in my house after a lighting strike. And my HVAC system was old along with my old panel in your home that was giving you issues. I contacted Copeland amd they sent Roman and Tyler out to my home and they gave me options to replace the breaker box and also the HVAC system. It wad no haggle and different options to explore. Eventually found a package that worked and had my electrical panel replaced and hvac system fixed. Thank you Copeland for the professional servive. Also it nice to see people i grew up with since middle school such as Roman assisting people in the community we grew up in.

Josh and the Copeland team did a GREAT job at my house. Quick, easy, and they were cheaper than 4 other quotes I got. I had a bush behind my units and Josh even cleaned that up for me without asking. You can’t get that kind of service anywhere else!

Copeland Plumbing went above and beyond when they came out during a winter storm to help us. Roads were bad and conditions were rough, but they still showed up quickly and handled the issue professionally. The technician Xayne Aguilar was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly cared about getting our plumbing back up and running safely. It’s rare to find a company willing to take that kind of risk just to help a customer, and we’re incredibly grateful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Copeland is amazing and really helped us out last week. Kane Howle was great, very professional, patient, and kind. Our pipe under the sink started leaking, which was our first issue since moving into our newly built home in 2022. Kane came out, gave us a quote for labor costs, and worked with us on a day we could complete the job. Kane came out today, was very professional, and got the work done efficiently.
