This system was installed by another company that we will NOT be using any longer. After a recent lightning strike, I needed two completely new units for our home. Not only did WTR get us a quote fast, but they were the competitively priced and readily available (in July!) for the install which we needed fast. Communication was great throughout and we ended up with two really high performing units, in a short period of time at a very competitive price. Highly recommend these guys!

This is a great company, my A/C went out on a very hot day and they were able to get to me in just a couple of hours. The technician was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explained everything he had to do. My A/C has been running great ever since he came out to service it. I will definitely use this company again.

These guys are great! We have struggled for years to find a reputable AC/Heating repair company that was reasonably priced. Five years ago, we needed a completely new AC system and had ours replaced by a friends husband that we've know for awhile. We had problems with our system and kept trying to get him back out to look and fix, which he did a couple of times. However, that guy flew the coup, leaving his family behind and us with ongoing problems. Things came to a head when the system stopped cooling properly. Ryan came out and delivered us some bad news. Apparently we had an inferior system (Ruud, I won't mine saying) installed by shoddy workmanship. Ryan suggested that we would have to replace entire system. No way, I thought since we had it installed just 5 years earlier. But said he would confer with his Dad and get back to us. In the meantime, we called another, reputable (and expensive!) company only for them to give us similar news. Soon after that, Russ called us and gave us two options, one to replace entire system and one to replace only the heat compressor and the coils. He promised that the latter should work fine for years. So we went with that option, saving us several thousand dollars. Russ and Ryan came out and installed quickly and had us back in business in no time. I've waited for a couple of months just to be sure the system worked OK and have been very happy with the work done. These guys treated us right and took care of our needs. They will be our AC/Heat guys from now on.
