I wasn't even asked to write a review, but I had to because of the over-the-top service and the affordability he offered. This guy is an A/C genius. He also works with his son, teaching him the ropes. I've hired Augustine (the owner) twice in five years (to fix my old AC) and he has been exceptional every single time. I'm telling you, if you don't know how A/Cs work, don't do it yourself like I did and mess things up. It started with a burnt wire, and I tried to fix it thinking it was a faulty capacitor, I installed the new capacitor and it blew out my motor. He came by and fixed, replaced, and repaired it all up and explained to me exactly what happened, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I don't write many reviews, but I highly recommend this family-owned company. Just call up this guy to do all your AC services. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

They were on time and answered any questions we had. Hvac sysyem was removed and installed the same day. They gave us a quote prior to installation and price didn't change once installation was complete. We would highly recommend their services.

I had trouble with my Heating . I called and they were here in 30 minutes on Black Friday the day after Thanksgiving he fixed my unit. i really appreciate their attention. i surely know who to call when i need service thanks.

Very professional and "always" on time. We needed to replace our water heater. Said he'd be here at 11:00 and he was. Took care of our problem and his work was precise. Oscar has been in the business for quite awhile and I wouldn't use anyone else. His team is top notch and a blessing to have someone you can count on.

My ac unit downstairs was not cooling at all. I had been living with a 83F home for the last couple of days. Called Pulido Air: Oscar showed up within 10 minutes of my call, diagnosed issue within 10 minutes, and resolved the problem and replaced parts within another 10ish minutes. Best service ever and on a 100+F day.

Oscar and Steve did a wonderful job with my new outside and inside unit install. They are a very professional company, ontime, great quality, and excellent customer service. They showed up on time, and finish in a very timely manner. Very informative about the products they had to offer and work with my schedule. Called Oscar because our Air Conditioner went out on a Sunday when we were out of town, called him Monday at 10am and he was at our house by noon! Truly wonderful person with exceptional service. We had a great experience with him and his crew — everyone was so kind, helpful and extremely quick to get the job finished. Enoch was great! They provided a quick and reasonable quote, scheduled service immediately, and installed the lights on time. Everything was exactly what they promised- very rare for contracting service providers these days.

It only took a few minutes to note that something was wrong with a wire within the wall. Shortly after he bypassed the problem, checked the system, explained what he did and bid us farewell.

This is the first time I have used Team Enoch. Who knew hot water heaters cost an arm and a leg...me now. After 3 quotes Team Enoch's was the most competitive and their warranty was too! The plumbers that came to handle the service, removal and install were polite, professional, and thorough! They left the area clean and everything is working perfectly. So appreciate the service!! I would highly recommend them and will definitely seek them out for any other services this old house needs!

I purchased a new HVAC system from Enoch and the experience overall was positive. Good pricing, and the install went well. Shortly after the install I noticed that the new furnace/air handler had a sticker on it that read Allstyle Coils. This was confusing because the new system is Trane and there should not be an Allstyle Coil. When I contacted Enoch to ask them about this, I was told that Cameron, the person that sold me the unit, was not available and he would call me back. He never called me back. I attempted several times via both email and phone calls and I was never able to get a reply to my emails or a return phone call that I was promised by the individuals that answered the phone. This avoidance sends the wrong message, sort of like a bait and switch. I was never able to connect with anybody at Enoch that would address this issue. A short time later I had an different HVAC company out to service my other AC unit, that they installed the previous year. When I showed the tech the new unit that Enoch installed and my concern that the coil was not Trane but an off brand he explained that they may have just used the old coil box and the coil is actually a Trane. While I have no proof that this is true I'm giving Enoch the benefit of the doubt. Had Enoch simply followed up with me to get this straightened out my overall review of Enoch would be better.

Cody and Lucas came and replaced our two hot water heaters. They were great! They worked together and got it all done in a few hours and cleaned up all the mess. I would strongly recommend them and Team Enoch
