recently had plumbers Nick and Sebastian come out and replace a water heater for me. They were quick to respond and arrived on time. They did a great job installing my water heater quickly, and they were very professional and polite answered all my questions and concerns gave me information on the upkeep of the heater/. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Great people that know their stuff

Two technicians arrived at my residence to check my HVAC system. After checking the outside unit and going up into the attic I was told I needed a whole new system. I was advised they were not compatible and their service manager would contact me regarding prices on a new unit. The following morning I awoke to my ceiling dripping water and partial collapse. I went up into the attic and observed my drainage line was disconnected. I contacted the service manager(Dennis) and advised him of the problem. Now after several months they are claiming they never went up into the attic and that I’m a liar because the technician that made my location never makes mistakes. I had been a customer for over 20 years with them. But I guess that doesn’t matter as long they don’t pay for there mistakes. So I would advise anybody thinking about hiring this company to video record there activities in your residence.

I dealt with a very nice guy to organize the repair from start to finish. He was very accommodating, patient and efficient. The service tech who came over was similarly accommodating, patient and efficient. He explained the issue and kept me updated on the progress of the work. The work was done in a couple of hours and the issue was rectified. I would recommend Austex Heating and Cooling without any hesitation.

I contacted Austex Heating and Cooling a year ago for service on my furnace. It needed replacing because of cracks/leaks. The technician has been quite straight forward about what was going and was able to get another winter out of it with a repair. We just replaced it with a new one. The install went fine and my request for a certain type of thermostat and time of the install were accommodated. I will continue to use this company for service. My only comment at this point is communications can be a bit slow, hopefully their success will allow for some help with that.

We operate the Element Dallas Las Colinas who employed this company to install / service our property.

They intentionally avoid calls / falsely advertise being closed on google and refuse to service their equipment. Our hotel is a 12 story property based in Las Colinas area that deals with high profile clientele. Needless to say our reputation has taken a severe hit due to hvac / ac issues that Iceberg mechanical refuses to properly maintain.

Since opening our system would break down in blocks and get repair weeks later only to brake down a week later again. This has since been an on going issue for half a year of being opened.

Fire panel never works at my property and constantly goes off and the technicians they send don’t know how to program the panel. I’ve been at my job for a year and a half now and the panel has only worked properly for a sum total of about one month. When I tried to place an order for some parts, I was transferred two times and then told to email someone instead, wasting time I should have spent working. Not sure who they order their smoke heads and bases from but even the slightest bit of condensation from a hot shower can set them off.

Kmp has done such incredible work for us on the commercial side that I used them at my house as well! I would recommend them to anyone!

We just moved into our new home and were having some air flow issues with our AC. Mike, the technician, came over and took such a through look and gave us some tips to help with keeping the air conditioner in good working order. We would definitely use them again and will always ask for Mike. Great service and great staff.
