Great People, Great Service, Great Price. Jason is a true professional and expert. After troubleshooting our failing Air Conditioner, he quickly identied the problem. He explained the problem in detail providing pictures to visually illustrate why system had failed. Pointing out the safety risks left by another AC technician a few years back. Jason also put forth much effort to find required parts for our aging AC system. Local vendors did not have the part; however, eventually found a vendor in Carrollton. Jason kept me informed throughout entire process. Phenomenal service by Jason. Overall, the entire staff was courteous, professional and timely in repairing our AC. Highly recommend their services. I had to make an emergency call after 6 on Easter Eve -- the compressor was out. I didn't think I'd be able to find anyone. Absolutly amazing service. Got quoted an insane amount and was told by another company we needed a whole new system. We called westoplex to get a second opinion and the manager was out to the house within an hour and had the actual problem diagnosed and solved by the following day. Highly Recommend West-O-Plex for all your HVAC needs! Jason came out and fixed my fan motor and was upfront, honest, friendly, and professional and worked me a great deal! I called another company first and they quoted TWICE as much money and they were going to replace a different part. I called Mark on a Sunday morning of Mothers Day. He was here within the hour. Temperatures were to reach 100 today and our AC was not working. After replacing the capacitor, our system was up in running in no time. I'd recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

Our A/C had been freezing off and on for a few days. We could not get the temperature below 73 before the freezing started and then we would have to shut the system off for several hours. When we are stuck at home during a pandemic, with outside temps increasing daily, we need our A/C working. Called West-O-Plex and they got us in on the same day. SUCH A HELP! Excellent service. Jason was friendly, thorough, and efficient. He checked a couple of the usual culprits, explained everything, and had it running cold on the same day! Thermostat died on me today, the start of the summer heat. I gave Mr. Robert's a call and asked if he could come check out my thermostat. He just got home and he packed all his things back up to make the call and come help me out. Very fast service, very reliable/knowledgeable and very friendly. I called West-O-Plex after one of those BIG NAME radio advertised A/C companies wanted to charge me 900 dollars for a simple repair. West-O=Plex came right out to give me a FREE second opinion and did the repair for a fraction of the cost.

I can't recommend them enough, if you live in the Metroplex or surround area, give WEST-O-Plex a call; ESPECIALLY IF YOU'VE CALLED ONE OF THOSE BIG NAME A/C COMPANIES.

My A/C unit suddenly stopped working and I needed quick help on a Friday with a long holiday weekend approaching. On Thursday evening, I called Mark Roberts, owner of West-O-Plex Air Conditioning & Heating, due to their reputation and proximity to my home. Mark showed up first thing in the morning. He is very professional, competent and did an excellent job. He even took the time to show and explain to me the problem of the failing A/C unit. His fee was fair and I trust Mark with future maintenance service.

Mark was great. I had my heater go out on Sunday evening. I called him Monday morning and he came out to my house within a few hours. Figured out the problem was a bad motor. Got the part and installed the next day. I had priced around and his prices seemed very reasonable. I was impressed with the open and candid way he gave advice and conducted his business. I would call him again if I had an AC or Heating issue.

Boy howdy these guys are efficient and The least expensive outa all the folks i called which was a bonus! Typically the cheapest options aren't the best but I was surprised they were professional and quick, AND inexpensive.

Great service and price! Our A/C died on one of the hottest days of summer and all other companies I called said they could fit us in maybe 2 or 3 days. These guys said they would fit us in same day and arrived 3 hours later. Pinpointed problem and had it fixed in 20 min. They are very knowledgable and honest. I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after this experience. I highly recommend.

Google wont give me enough stars to truly represent the tenacity of this HVAC team! I was melting like the wicked witch doing the ice bucket challenge here in this texas Heat when I called them!
