Please, please get a second quote if the insist on ripping up your brick. Wasted $300 on a quote from them with add’l for a camera (never saw any photos). Was told the leak was most likely in the drain pipe and they would need to cut open the brick. Never looked under the sink inside the house.

Called an experienced plumber for a second opinion, who looked under the sink and found the wet area and he was able to fix it from the inside for less than half the price Team Enoch quoted (and actually fixed it for the quote price of Team Enoch).

One lie after another with this company. Incompetent plumbers and HVAC. There plumber used a hammer to tear apart my drywall to add a water line. He left a foot of cast iron piping, instead of replacing it, lied and told me it was a 20 foot pipe when the pipe had been replaced it was only 3 feet and he replaced 2 feet. There HVAC tech told me I had a chewed wire when he couldn’t get my new thermostat to work. Next HVAC company said the thermostat was messed up and told me what thermostat to get and it wasn’t a wire issue.

My wife and I just got a new HVAC system from Team Enoch, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The Enoch team was professional, kind, and easy to work with.

Cameron reached out to me right away for our job and talked through all our options thoroughly. He explained that their team doesn’t have any “comfort specialist” salespeople, which lets them keep costs down while still providing top notch quality. This is absolutely true. We were able to get a more advanced two stage Carrier system for less than what some other companies quoted us for a single stage.

Pricing was very clear and had no hidden costs.

The day of installation went as smooth as possible. Mike and Victor removed the old and set up the new system seamlessly. Mike was walked me through their work at the end and I was impressed with how clean the job was. We sent them off with homemade cookies as a thank you!

This is a follow up review for Team Enoch.

With the recent wind event is the Dallas area, we lost our power on several occasions. Our Team Enoch-installed Generac Generator kicked right in, and it was truly a blessing, saving us the headache of having to throw away our refrigerated groceries, as well as having the benefit of being able to use all of our appliances, our TV, and the Internet. This may be one of the best investments we have made to our home.

As we have now accumulated over 40 hours of usage since our install, it was time for the first oil change and servicing. Team Enoch sent a technician, Dakota, to our home for this Servicing.

Dakota arrived on time, exactly as promised, and effectively and efficiently performed the required Service, answered all of our questions, and provided us with a bid on some follow up electrical work that we plan to do this Summer.

We are consistently happy and appreciative of the work that Team Enoch Technicians provide us. Dakota is the latest in a line of competent and friendly Service Technicians that Team Enoch has sent our way.

I continue to highly recommend and endorse Team Enoch, for any electrical needs someone may have.

Please read ALL. We chose this company because my wife's parents live with us, ages 85 and 90, and the reviews online were good.
This has been one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. I spent over $12k getting my HVAC system replaced in September. It took 2 full days to do the replacement with a crew of 3+ technicians. I was told it would take 1. The techs were very nice and helpful as could be but 2 days after they left, we realized the AC downstairs was not working. Why was this not tested before they left? A different tech came out and fixed it. He said the thermostat was not wired up correctly. Once it was fixed, the AC worked great, with no complaints. However, now it is November and we have had our first freeze. The first time I needed the heater, and it did not work. We woke up to a 60-degree house on Monday morning. I called them and was told they could not come out till Tuesday afternoon. Parents are 85 and 90! I told them that it was not ok and requested a call from a manager or supervisor. I was told they would call me. NO CALL FROM ANYONE. Why was the system not fully tested after installation? Seems like a complete lack of care from the entire team!! Seeing her folks wrapped up in blankets trying to stay warm after spending so much hard-earned money on a new system is infuriating!! Then, the repairman shows up and it only takes him about 15 minutes to fix it. Said it had a loose wire in the thermostat. That's 2 times that thermostat wiring caused the system to fail. REDICULOUS!!
I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will not call them again for anything.

It's February 26, and the outdoor temperature is approximately 25°F. The Trane heat pump is operating smoothly and reliably! Even in 2025, they have successfully upgraded plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical systems. My journey with this heat pump purchase has been truly inspiring; its outstanding performance continues to impress me. Fast forward to June 2025, and my new 2-speed heat pump has proven to be fantastic, providing efficient heating and cooling. In September 2024, I experienced a perfect balance of cool indoor air and significantly reduced electric bills. The relentless Texas summer heat doesn't stand a chance against this remarkable Trane unit. I’m already seeing an incredible 25% reduction in energy costs for climate control.

**Update! March 2024:** The Trane heat pump has been installed, and the transformation is truly uplifting. Check out the before-and-after photos of the old versus new units for a clear comparison. The installation company demonstrated first-class workmanship. Throughout this summer, I will monitor and share how well this powerhouse withstands Texas's intense heat. It’s hard to believe my previous unit lasted nearly 25 years! So far, this new model is whisper-quiet and features an integrated air purifier that synchronizes seamlessly with the thermostat.

Chad with Enoch came to my home to address leaking outside faucet and other issues. Chad was very nice. He looked at other minor issue such as loud water sound coming from washer and toilet and running toilet. I was embarrassed to learn that the valve was not fully opened. Lol. He also popped on a new flow valve. He addressed those issues with no hesitation.

I can’t say enough good things about my heater technician, Paul. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my heating system and walked me through the repair process so I understood what was happening.

Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also checked the entire system to make sure everything was safe and running efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much about the quality of their work. Paul’s professionalism, honesty, and friendly personality made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or HVAC work!

Zack with HVAC came out and was very helpful with explaining the condition of the unit and service provided. We’ve had a few HVAC companies come out and try to quote us ridiculously priced packages. This was the first time we felt a technician was completely transparent and offered actual helpful advice. Would recommend Zack with Team Enoch 10 out of 10 times.

Michael, Angel and Luis did a full replacement of our HVAC system today. They were incredible! Fast, thorough, courteous and efficient. I was able to work from home and barely knew they were there! They made sure to give my boyfriend and I a tour of the new system, and even took a video for me so I didn’t have to go into the attic. They answered all of our questions and before they left, they swept up the debris that was tracked in/left over from the work. Truly a stellar team. We will be calling them back to clean our air ducts!

After 12 or 13 years of service, my three-ton heat pump units needed replacement. I received three quotes: two from reputable vendors with excellent online reviews and one from a contractor recommended by Constellation (my electric company) who had installed a four-ton heat pump for me in 2024. Enoch’s sales and scheduling team stood out as the most responsive, professional, and offered the most competitive quote. Their installation team, consisting of Michael and Axel, was punctual, efficient, and professional throughout the installation process, thoroughly explaining their work. As the installation team was cleaning up, I received a call from Daniel (QA/QC) from the company, requesting me to inspect the installation and address any questions I might have. I highly recommend Enoch to anyone who values quality, exceptional service, effective communication, and reliable follow-through.

i am leaving this review with the intention for this tradesman, and this company to reflect on their actions as human beings in this already cruel world. kindness and honesty will always be everlasting in the end.

this uncivilized “man” with matted longer gray hair and a beard that works for enoch parked like a miserable selfish tradesman, and then when he came out from his lunch belligerently yelled from the taco bell parking lot, waving his arms in the air looking like he would drag me out of my car if he could. he yelled at me from outside to “HEY MOVE YOUR CAR SO I CAN GET OUT OF HERE, MOVE YOUR CAR IM PARKED HERE YOU NEED TO GET OUT, MOVE, MOVE”. or something along those ill mannered lines instead of just asking politely if i could reverse from my LEGAL and proper parking spot. mind you, this miserable “man” is taking up 5 parking spaces at the taco bell because it thinks its entitled to parking horizontally because of this companies work truck. i cant imagine how these types of “men” are to their wives, daughters and family behind closed doors. this unfortunate representation of this business does not deserve to have Gods beloved and humble Prophet and Messenger Enoch as the name for their business. be careful who you allow into your home. May God guide all improvised souls, and May God protect us from coming across hard hearted and unfortunate people, as it truly, ruins ones day if you do not have the mind to pardon people for their lack of humanity. Update: Team Enoch reached out after my 1 star review. We worked out a resolution with them replacing the condenser with a brand new one. It was installed on 11/17/25 without a hitch.

We bought a brand new Trane HVAC system from Team Enoch for a little over $14K. They came and installed on September 30 at 7a.m. and finished at 4p.m. There were 2 young men installing the air handler inside our home and 1 young man installing the heat pump outside.
When they were assembling the heat pump together, we noticed the spine fin coil that was wrapped around the inside was dented/bent. Pointed it out to the installer and he tried to pull it straight but couldn't. He said it is probably from transport or it was from the mfg. themselves and assured us that it does not affect the system in anyway. Didn't feel easy but had him installed it anyway.
On October 19, heard some scraping noise from the heat pump while working on the yard. Takes a look and see that the fan was scraping against the wall when it was running making those scratching noises. Also saw the dented/bent spine fin coil sagged a little more than before. We immediately called Team Enoch addressing the issues and they sent a tech out to inspect. After the tech checked, he said he couldn't find anything wrong. Pointed out the dent and the scrape marks, he said he was sent out to inspect something else and refer us to call back to CS.
Called CS and they said they will check on it and will get back to us.
On October 20, I got a voicemail message from Team Enoch saying the same thing the installer said and referred me to call the manufacturer Trane to verify if we are feeling uneasy about it.
On October 21, called Trane and they wouldn't tell us anything. They told us to call one of their authorized dealers for second opinion. Called one of them company and they said they have to come out to inspect in person and with a charge of $80. We declined.
I called Team Enoch immediately repeating all the issues over again after finding that the dented spine fin coil does affect the efficiency and longevity of the system from online searches. She said she will send the message over to the install team and they will get back with us.
On October 21, received a text from a Customer Satisfaction Manager asking for feedback on the install team, etc.
On October 26, replied to the Customer Satisfaction Manager repeating all the issues and even sent her pictures. She never replied or called back.
On October 27, wrote to Team Enoch on their website about the issues.
As of October 30, one month in from the installation of the HVAC system, not one person from Team Enoch called, texted, or replied to my email to resolve the issues.
Being seniors, we seemed to be an easy target to be taken advantage of. We are ignorant so we have to rely and put our trust in this company to deliver on their expertise and promises. So disappointed and heartbroken that they did not. Just don't know what to do anymore.

We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples times a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company.

I Called Team Enoch when our old water heater finally gave out, and we were so glad that Chad was the technician assigned to our house in Allen. Chad called ahead, arrived exactly on time, and was incredibly professional and courteous from start to finish.

The installation was fast, clean, and meticulously done. Chad even took the time to show us the new unit's features and give us tips on maintenance before he left.

The best & most reliable plumbing company. 50 gal gas water heater was due for a replacement. I received quotes from several companies. For same model, numbers were from $1300 to $3000. Beware! If estimate is too low, they could be either knockoff company, bad reputation, 3rd party hired, hidden costs. If they are too pricy, they are trying to rip off. After you got the estimates from other companies, contact team Enoch. You will definitely see the difference. The lady who communicated with me was Ms. Shonda who showed professionalism, great willingness to help customers. My tech was Edgar who did a great job. Not only team enoch's price is very fair, they are so reliable, responsible, and do the best work. Although you gotta pay few hundreds bucks more than competitors, choose team enoch. Worth it. Team Enoch reminds me of Matthew 5:16.

This may be my second review of Enoch, as I’ve dealt with them for several years now. They have a great business model, with different departments for different services. They almost always arrive on time, and they make sure the job is done correctly and that I’m happy before they leave, and they follow up with a phone call to confirm that everything was good before they invoice me. Definitely an honest and reputable local business in the DFW area to deal with
