The short version is Team Enoch was amazing, Friendly, upfront and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would recommend them to anyone that asked about getting a new AC unit installed.

After losing a frustrating battle with my home warranty company and getting quotes from 3 other companies a friend of mine suggested Team Enoch. They had replaced one of his units last year. I was able to get a quote o line in seconds and Cameron from their sales team reached to me on a Saturday. We went back and forth over text throughout the day and had a short phone conversation to shore up final details. I specifically asked if this was a bait and switch situation because their quote was $3,000 UNDER the lowest alternate quote I got AND it was for bigger units. He assured me that apart from something catastrophic there would be no additional charges on the day of install. I was skeptical but a felt good about the company after reading reviews, my friends recommendation and talking with Cameron.

Day of install and the guys show up at 6am and get to work. By 4 that afternoon the install was done. They vacuumed the areas they had worked in in the house and cleaned up everything from the work in the garage. Took away the old units and everything. They even found some leaks in my ducts and fixed those for me at no extra cost. They also registered the warranty with Carrier for the new equipment for me. (You have to do this to get the full 10 years on your equipment most of the time)

True to their word they don’t charge me a penny more and they kept their word. I couldn’t be more satisfied. This is exactly how companies should function and I’m telling you, if you need an HVAC unit repaired or replaced. You need to give these guys a chance.

Arnold and his crew, Antonio and Christoper did a fantastic job on my battery installation.
They stayed well past 5 PM to ensure everything was working properly and even helped resolve a small issue with my electrical panel that had nothing to do with anything they did.

"Paul" from Team Enoch came to troubleshoot as to why one of my central heating systems was not operating. After inspecting my system in the attic, he came down and asked if I had replaced my filters recently, which I had about 2 weeks prior. Paul quickly determined that I had inadvertently hit a switch near the system that turns it off. I have been changing filters in the attic since 2006 and never knew of such a switch nor had I tripped it in the past. Paul did not charge me anything, including a service call charge, for educating me on being more careful in the future. Although he did not actually fix anything, I appreciated his honesty about how simple the solution was and would recommend Paul/Team Enoch to anyone needing HVAC system repair/service based on their honesty alone, which is in short supply these days!!

I have been using team Enoch for 2 years now and they have installed 3 HVAC units in my 3 properties as well as water heater. I’m very pleased with their service and customer support. Although I have some issues the owner Miles will go out of the way to make sure the issue is resolved. Great same day service to get our heater running on a cold day in Frisco. Quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. Best of all they did not try and sell me a bunch of services and repairs. That was the main reason I didn’t send repeat business to the last company. Highly recommend Team Enoch

we had a major short, almost a fire in our junction box behind a wall that goes to our water heater. Called a few electricians and got some very unreasonably high guesstimates. I remembered we just installed a complete AC system with team Enoch and they did an outstanding job. So we called them asked if they do electrical which sure enough they do. The technician was out here that next morning exactly on time as promised was in and out within two hours, had everything fixed and back up and running just like new at a fraction of the cost of what the estimates I was getting from the other electricians. Now I know they not only do just AC and heating, they do electrical, they do plumbing and they do roofing.Team Enoch has all my future business hands-down - the best company I’ve ever dealt with.

Tyler did a great job assessing any issues we had with our mobile home duct work and air condition unit. He was very thorough. Great communication before arrival and during the visit. He explained what was wrong and avenues to address it. He would also take pictures of concerns he found under the trailer. He did the same when he returned for the repair and exhibited a professional work ethic. I would highly recommend this company they are honest and upfront and take no money until they complete the job.

Service was fine. Technicians were prompt and courteous. Only issue was waiting 9 weeks for the part. Was told it was a problem with the manufacturer not able to supply the part. If that’s the case, I guess I can’t blame them. Just glad it wasn’t in the middle of summer.

I needed an EV charger installed in my garage and Team Enoch was the best and easiest to work with. I liked that I was able to upload pics of my garage on their website and they were able to give me quotes without charging me to come out and just look at it, unlike some other companies that I was considering using. The install was quick and easy, they used quality parts, and they even cleaned up the space after the work was done to ensure there was no mess left over as I've hired some professional electrical services in the past that I had to pick up after. I recommend Team Enoch to everyone in my neighborhood looking for an EV charger install and have multiple neighbors who have been happy with their services, I would highly recommend them!

I submitted a request for a furnace replacement quote and Cameron from Team Enoch not only was extremely fast in contacting me, but also gave me three different options with the pricing being very competitive. The customer service and reach out is phenomenal. Even though I decided to hold off for now in buying a replacement furnace, I will definitely be contacting them in the future.

We bought a 24 year old house and gutted the first floor. There were several companies that serviced our area in Southlake, but one company had many excellent reviews-Team Enoch. We called Team Enoch’s Plumbing Department first. Delvan came out to add some new plumbing lines in the bathrooms.
He did an excellent job and the fees were very reasonable. Since we were so impressed the plumbing work, we called Team Enoch’s Electrical Department. David came out multiple times to install lights, replace old lights and outlets and add new recessed lights in several rooms. He also added strip lighting to two kitchen cabinets and to floating shelves in our family room. Love these! We were so impressed with these gentlemen’s work, then called Team Enoch’s HVAC Department. Chris came out and
changed the filters. We wanted new thermostats and Chris recommended the best models. My husband, who used to work on A/C units, raves about Chris. Team Enoch is dependable, honest, reasonable, and does extremely good work. We are very happy with the work the Team Enoch: Delvan, David, and Chris did to make our home a peaceful and beautiful place to live. We would highly recommend Team Enoch to everyone!

The service from Team Enoch was exceptional!! Very professional and thorough! Technician (Maleck) was polite and professional installing our new water heater.

My water heater in the attic was broken and needed replacement. I received a few estimates and Team Enoch was the most competitive. I did get a cheaper estimate from another company, but the form has no details ( no brand names, parts included, warranty information …), so I opted to use Team Enoch which has very detailed breakdown of the costs and warranty info. Just like the HVAC replacements they had done for me, they didn’t inspect the job site for the estimate, but somehow they always get the job done processionally and quickly. Leo was sent for the water heater replacement, he was friendly and respectful. I inspected his work at the end and the installation looks neat ( he cleaned it up nicely) and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Update for my most recent experience with Team Enoch. So Chad did the diagnostic work for my plumbing issue. Received a quote for the actual work, emailed them and got a response within an hour to schedule services. They showed the next day 😊. Their guys Cody & Mariano 💯. If only my home builder used a reputable plumbing company like them 7 years ago, I probably wouldn't be so annoyed.

I want to take a moment to share my thoughts on the wonderful service that I have received from Team Enoch. I have had the pleasure of working with Zack on multiple occasions. The first, I had to have my full unit replaced in my attic, and heating went out last year during the winter. During the time that I was making arrangements for the service,Team Enoch provided me with instructions on how to keep my home warm until I was able to have my unit repaired. Secondly, my outdoor unit began to have issues. Gratefully, Zack was the technician again, I appreciate this because he has full knowledge of my unit and past issues. He replaced my condenser, and the unit was good to go. Unfortunately, most recently 10/01/25 my outside unit began to not work properly. This is understandable because the unit is over 10 years old. Again, Zack to my rescue😊. He personally walked me through the issues that I was experiencing and thoroughly explained the root cause. I am so glad that I chose Team Enoch. Shonda was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She assisted me throughout the entire process, assisting me with all my concerns, explaining to me exactly what I would be receiving , and the price that I would be paying. .
