Updated 8/23/2023: Mark and Justin's crew are awesome. We were having continuous issues with our unit and, after calling 3 other companies to come look at, diagnose, and resolve our issues; Mark and his son fixed our problems.

Mark's business is in high demand for a reason. He has incredible service. I'm glad I gave him another chance after missing the appointment the 1st time. Just to give you an idea of what Mark saved us from....

Company 1 charged us for a service contract it never honored and ghosted us

Company 2 overfilled our system, triggering pressure systems to teip and shut down our unit. (Creating false need for future work).

Company 3 saw the overfill and told us we had to do a $4,000 repair.

Mark & Justin provided us with a detailed explanation of our unit, the parts that needed work, and what his course of action would be. Thank you for your hard work, attention to detail, and professionalism.

I just want to say that this company has to be the best that I have dealt with the owner Mark has got to be one of a kind his service to the community is A-1. I approached Mark, in a parking lot because I couldn’t get my EXM motor detached from the housing, I could tell that he was pressed for time but without hesitation Mark, remove the motor from the housing. We need more people and companies in this world like this. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs that are needed for your home A C unit.

I never used their service. A neighbor used it. I just wanted to give my interaction. I am in a wheelchair and their service truck was blocking my mailbox. I asked the service tech if he could move his truck back a couple feet so I could check my mail. His reply was I am “SOL” until he was done with his work.

whether you've lived in Texas your entire life or new to Texas and in need of HVAC service, maintenance, or install, I would definitely recommend West-O-Plex. Called them after having another company out to check out my elderly father's old AC Unit. That company gave us quite the sales pitch and none of it felt right. I went home and did some research and realized most of it wasn't right. I wanted a "hometown" straight shooter who would just give us an honest recommendation. That is exactly what I got with Mark from West-O-Plex. He was out super fast and had cool air flowing in no time. My Dad (Vietnam Vet) was so relieved and happy to be able to do business with someone he felt was reliable and trustworthy. The pricing was exactly what I had researched and now, we have the comfort of knowing who to call when this sturdy old unit finally does give out.

They provided quick and quality service. My AC went out and with a infant at home we couldn't go for long without it. They had a guy out same day to troubleshoot and solve my issue. These guys are great!

Man I’m really Pleased!! Justin came out and determined it was my high pressure valve, he advised me there might be some loss of refrigerant when changed out. When he replaced it, he said there was no refrigerant lost, which saved me a lot of money. You could tell he was proud to be able to tell me that. Great Service!
