Jon was professional and patiently explained every step of the process, sending daily reports and verbally reassuring me of the safety measures he was taking. If you ever have an issue with home damage, I highly recommend Restoration Solutions, and especially Jon as he will perform the work with excellent skill and treat you most kindly.

Great company, have had them do everything from mold treatment and ripping out water damaged material, to shampooing carpet. These guys always show up on time and do a great job.

They were on time. That’s half the issues with service call Companies. The tech was knowledgeable about the products he was using on our carpet. He informed me of areas that he was unsure of rather than doing more damage than what was already done.

There is a phenomenal group of people that run this company. Not sure why but most seemingly catastrophic occurrences happen on the weekend and this company was there for me. To be clear all the folks involved were top notch but I would like to give a special shout out to Tyler and Angel. Restoration Solutions is the company my apartment complex dispatches for leaks and repairs. I had an unexpected leak in my apartment this week, and I was blown away by the outstanding customer service your technicians have shown. We hired Restoration of Fort Worth to address the water damage to our living room floor that a plumbing leak caused. They arrived there on time, and their expert first looked to see how moist the walls and floors were around them. The team employed tools to get rid of the water at first. They then put in heavy fans and dehumidifiers to dry the area. They explained me why some items needed more attention than others, which I loved. The personnel completed everything on time and didn't rush through it. They came back every day for the next three days to check on the drying process and make sure everything was eventually dry. In such a stressful scenario, their knowledge and attention to detail made a big impact. The people who were taking care of our house seemed like they were doing a terrific job.

Plumbing issue caused flooding in our living and family rooms. Restoration 1 came out promptly, diagnosed the situation, recommended a plumber who came out quickly and fixed the main issue. Restoration 1 then had their equipment set up and checked back daily until job was complete. We called Restoration 1 of Fort Worth to come out and take a look at some water damage that had come from our Air Conditioning Unit. The coils had frozen, and when they thawed, water leaked onto our ceiling. Robert came out to assess the situation and showed us what was wet and what needed to be done, and helped us realize that this was not a situation to file an insurance claim. He gave us a price and even though it took a little longer than he expected to dry us out, he stuck to his original quote. He also realized what the problem was that actually caused the leak (our condensate line had been knocked loose, resulting in the water coming into our home) making sure we did not have the same problem occur again. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of Fort Worth to anyone that has experienced a water loss in their home.
