Domingo and Freddy are fantastic. They were quick to assess the damage and did a real thorough job on disinfecting. We felt so much better having them come to the house after we had a sewage backup from the city. They made us feel like everything will be ok.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Freddy Garcia and his team at Servpro of Fort Worth. After a water supply line broke in my guest bathroom, my entire downstairs was flooded. It was late at night, and I was in a state of panic, but when I called Servpro, they arrived within an hour and a half, even though it was 1:30 in the morning.

From the moment they arrived, Freddy and his team were incredible. They quickly assessed the situation, removed all the water, and immediately started drying the walls to prevent any further damage. They even helped me move furniture and belongings to ensure nothing else would be affected.

What truly stood out was how caring and supportive they were throughout the entire process. Freddy reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Despite working long hours, they always had a positive attitude and genuinely seemed happy to be there, helping me in a difficult situation.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, my home is now on its way back to normal. I highly recommend Freddy Garcia and the team at Servpro of Fort Worth to anyone in need of emergency restoration services. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassion are truly unmatched.

We had a flood from our master toilet, flooded our master bath, master bedroom, master closet, and hall to master bedroom, called servpro, they came out about an hr or so after I called them, loved the fast response, they cleaned up water, placed fans and humidifiers, came back everyday to check, on the 3rd day they returned and removed all the baseboards, as they removed the baseboards they broke our bed frame, they offered to pay, that's fine, we accepted, then they finish up their process and remove all fans and humidifiers, we start to replace the baseboards and noticed intentions on the sheetrock, all over from them using a crowbar to remove baseboards, knowing the sheetrock is wet, now I have sheetrock repair on top of baseboard repair, I would not recommend servpro to do any flood or water mitigation or repair in the future, call someone else and be sure they know what they're doing, the baseboards didn't need removed, they could have pulled carpet and let it dry that way and now I'm out more money then insurance allowed for our repairs, broken tile as well, tore up our cabinets in our bathroom too

Valerie Smith and Jared came out to my home to do the pack up. My first impression of them was very good. They were extremely polite and did the work very fast and efficient. I would recommend them again. I was very pleased with them.

Scott and his team were very professional but also loving and understanding of my husband’s health issue. He took every effort to make sure everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. The floors look awesome and it puts a smile on my husband’s face. I am very thankful that God put Scott in charge of restoring our floor.

This restoration team did an awesome job restoring our church building after an electrical fire damage. Everyone was very professional and courteous. There were many people on the crews, but the ones that I worked with more closely were Rebecca Lay and Andrea Freeman. They went above and beyond to be sure that we were back in the church building as soon as possible. I can't remember everyone's names but there were also Juan, Nick, David and Tonya. Thank you Servpro for the amazing job that was done!!!!!

Domingo and Alyssa were fantastic. They showed up the same day I called. They came to setup equipment to dry out walls and such due to a laundry room leak. Both of them were very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Servpro of North Fort Worth for any flood damage needs.

Servpro of NFW did a fantastic job helping us from start to finish on a recent water leak we had. Everyone I dealt with was great with communication, timeliness, quality, help with insurance, etc. Thank you to Rebecca, Tonya, Valerie, Bob and anyone else who helped in the background! Great job! Carpets are cleaned. They were able to get tough stains out of the carpet in 2 office space, and it smells oh so lovely!!

Valerie Smith is a gem! She and her team came out to pack us up during our water mitigation. They were efficient, respectful of my things and friendly. Valerie and her team (giving a shout out to Destiny too) came to unpack us and they handled my items with care and worked quickly to get everything set back up. They were always on time, very communicative, and overall a very professional team of people. They made a very stressful time less stressful.

David and Andre of the North Fort Worth ServPro came out yesterday to help with our master bedroom that had gotten flooded. My brother had tried to help fix a broken water spigot on the exterior of our house while I was at work and ended up flooding our master bedroom. We called ServPro within 30 minutes of it happening and they showed up within an hour.

David and Andre showed up and immediately got to work. They ripped up the carpet, got rid of the carpet pad, and got rid of the baseboards. Once that was done, they put down fans and a dehumidifier. Due to their quick response, I believe we will just have to replace the carpet pad and the baseboards. The drywall seems like it will be fine.

Rodney and Aundrea did a great job treating and spraying the damaged 4×4s that developed mold due to a water supply leak from my kitchen faucet. They were very helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

ServPro North Fort Worth did a water damage remediation for us after a condo above us had a water heater leak. They showed up within a few hours of the incident and quickly addressed not only the water damage but then did a phenomenal job on the renovation of the water damage. I had to come write a review to share how great of an experience I had with ServPro. They turned what started out as a nightmare into a wonderful experience that I hope to have again. I had a pipe disconnect which created significant water damage in two rooms in my home. I looked up companies on BBB and saw ServPro had a near perfect rating (now I see why) so I reached out to get a quote. Tony and Caesar came out immediately to take a look and get the process going. In the beginning I had trouble consistently getting in touch with my insurance adjuster who low balled my estimate and was far off from Servpro’s quote. Tonya, with ServPro, stepped in to help me identify the discrepancies and found that my adjuster was missing a few items, incorrect measurements and also did not align with industry standard on other items. In the end, SOLELY because of Tonya’s help, I was able to get everything covered. I cannot thank her enough!

Once Tony and Caesar started the work, everything went smoother and faster than I could’ve ever imagined. They quoted me about 2 weeks to complete the work but they were done in just one week and not only did they do quality work but they went ABOVE and BEYOND to where my home looks better than it did before they started. They arrived on time each day, communicated through the entire process of what’s happening, what’s next, checking to make sure I was happy with everything every step of the way. In the end, the finished product was immaculate and makes me excited to partner with ServPro in the future and hope that I have an opportunity to work with Tony and Caesar again. The supply line to a toilet broke and flooded the back of the house. The Serve Pro team went into action. Moved the furniture. Removed the carpet and started drying things out. Domingo and Aundre were wonderful. They helped me get through a difficult time. They were very knowledgeable and considerate.
