Their workers employed the right instruments to get rid of the mold and left the area clean and free of pathogens.

When we found mold under our floors, they acted straight away. Quick removal and clear communication.

After a big storm, our basement flooded. We had no idea where to begin. These people got there quickly, pumped out the water, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and even helped move furniture. Honestly, it rescued us from a much worse damage.

We didn't know how terrible the mold was until the repair team took down some drywall. They went over the steps of the removal process with me and did exactly what they said they would. It's nice to know that everything is being taken care of professionally.

The rating is a split between remediation and restoration. Remediation team was prompt, professional, and solved the initial issue. Restoration is a goose egg. The ServPro team came out at the time they said and were completely professional the entire time. First of all, I would like for everyone to know that Mr Culpepper is a neighbor of mine that I hadn't really met before sunday December 14th. I had just flown in the night before from being on vacation to find that I had a broken hot water line possibly from the laundry room. Both myself and my wife knew that our neighbor was in the restoration business. So I decided to go and ask Mr Culpepper for advise. He immediately told me that he would get a crew to come to my house and start the restoration.I almost forgot to mention it was 14 degrees. His crew arrived less than 90 minutes later and went to work. Within just a few days the restoration efforts by Serv Pro of N Fort Worth minimized the damage done to floors, doors, walls and base boards. Damage that would have been costly to repair. Found water seeping up from under the floor on a Sunday evening. Called SERVPRO Monday the moment they opened and they were here within 2 hours. Zac and his teammate were professional, polite, and sympathetic. They got to work right away trying to find the leak and removing wet floorboards and flooring. When they couldn't find the leak, they recommended a great leak detector company. The leak was found by midday and the fans were set up. Zac and / or Evan came by every day to check the status of the drying. They also worked directly with my insurance, so I didn't have to worry about money when my house was a disaster.
