We needed some work done on our bath/ shower, and Zac came out to our home to address it. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very patient with all our questions. He is the real deal - he knows his stuff! We recommend this business and, most especially, Zac.

The servepro mitigation team provided timely service and excellent communication. They set up the equipment to dry our kitchen flood from a dishwasher, and then removed our flooring, counters, and lower cabinets. During the process there was a plan with timeline, clear expectations, and responsive communication. Zac was greatly appreciated in keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect throughout the process.

On Friday evening June 19th 2020, my husband pulled into our driveway into a puddle of water. The driveway is in the kitchen side of our home. He didn't think anything of it until he walked in the house and there was 2 to 3 in of water in our floor throughout our home. A water line (for fridge ice maker) behind one of our cabinets had busted. We contacted our insurance company, who gave us three names to choose from. Not knowing any of the companies I said give me the one in the middle. Turns out the one in the middle was Servpro and I couldn't have gotten luckier. Plus the next day I was told by my brother (who is in the service industry and knows these companies) that i had gotten the best in the water restoration business. They came out on Friday night as soon as they could get a crew together. They finished getting as much water up as possible (we had started it while waiting) and set up the drying equipment in our home. They explained in detail how the process would work. Our home needed a 4 day dry and they came out each day to check progress. Rodney was my main contact and he did a fabulous job. Keeping me informed and working with my schedule on when he could check equipment and progress. Matt came out twice to check on things and also did a great job in helping me explain things to our insurance company. I highly recommend this company and I hope to never need them again but if I do I won't hesitate to contact them!!

Zach, Hunter, Diego, Alex, and Ant have gone above and beyond for me and my little family. Due to water damage the guys came out and got straight to work and have been so great at communicating every detail of the work that needs to be done. Luey,Nick, and Noah were very professional and walked us through the entire process. They worked closely with our adjuster and were in constant communication with them. Noah was very careful with demo and containing the area so any dust/potential mold spores didn’t contaminate the rest of the house. Zach came by every day to check on the progress and equipment. He was very professional, very patient as he answered all my questions, and also communicated with our adjuster. He made adjustments to the equipment as the drying time was slower than we had expected. I appreciated his problem solution rather than just saying “ oh well. It is what it is”. Great job. We used Servpro of North Fort Worth when our dishwasher supply line leaked and we had water damage on our kitchen floor (wood) and cabinets. The guys were very responsive and professional.
