Highly recommend. Great results and great service. Zach and the ServPro team were detailed, communicative, hard working, and trustworthy throughout the water mitigation process. Zach went over and above. Was respectful of our home and committed to getting things back in order with daily assessments and detailed communication with us. We even went out of town for several days and were able to leave our key in a lockbox for Zach to continue working. Would not hesitate to use them again!

We had a water leak under our kitchen island caused by our dishwasher.
We called Servpro Thursday evening and Friday morning Sean and Eduardo came to access the damage. There was much more damage underneath that we (the homeowners) could not see. This is a huge island.. 40sqft.
Sean went through the process of what was going on and what needed to happen with the damage. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism with this situation.
Sean set up air cleaners and started drying out any moisture. Monday morning, Sean, Orlando, Isiah, Carlos, Trey and Chris showed up and took care of us. They worked well as a team and kept us informed the whole process. They cleaned up and took the damage with them. Team Shaw , Thank you!
Immediately, this company has been working with us and helping us with all the necessary steps with insurance and mitigation. Ashton has been so kind and wonderful.
We didn't choose this project, but we are feeling confident that this team will have us back to washing dishes in no time.

Sean Killingsworth and Rickey Harcrow with Team Shaw at Servpro DFW did an outstanding job helping restore our home after a sink overflow caused significant flooding. From the very beginning, they were exceptionally easy to get in touch with and maintained excellent communication throughout the process—whether by call, text, FaceTime, or sharing pictures to keep us updated.

They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, making a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Sean and Rickey’s kindness, professionalism, and trustworthiness gave us total confidence in their work. We’re beyond grateful for their support and highly recommend Team Shaw at Servpro DFW to anyone in need of restoration services.

We had major damage to our home from a slab leak. Ricky, Tamiru, and the entire Servpro Team were amazing. They were very professional and took great to care to quickly ensure all water damage was mitigated and removed. They cleaned thoroughly every step of to the way during demolition. Their attitudes were great and they were extremely flexible. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Our house was recently flooded by a problem with our water heater. Our insurance sent out ServPro Team Shaw of Plano to help mitigate the major damages caused by the flooding.
You can only imagine how stressful it was dealing with this right before Christmas. However, we could not have had a better team come out to help us with the mitigation process. Dave with ServPro was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. He ensured that we were taken care of during this unfortunate event and stressful time. The entire crew (Dave, Andrew, Zach, Kyle, Noah, Cole, Dom, Jessie, Alexis, Jean, and Marco) were all very friendly, hardworking, and professional.
We were very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team that came out did a fantastic job. All team members were professional and courteous, and very communicative. This was for a commercial setting, but I have no doubt that they would be just as amazing in a smaller commercial/home setting. Will absolutely use again.

It's been YEARS since we had our air ducts cleaned (they kindly explained it was super gross & should have it done annually). Dylan & Curt with Servpro of Northeast Fort Worth took care of that problem yesterday & won my heart! Heres why:
1) they asked me before spraying their citrus spray if we had any sensitivities to smell. When I asked if they would mind using my Thieves household cleaner instead, they didn't hesitate to say yes!
2) they sweetly listened to my 4 year old talk their ear off as they worked, & even watched her tumble on the bounce house before they left for a few minutes (& and acted as if they enjoyed it).

They were super easy and a joy to work with!

Servpro Northeast fort Worth was awesome! They got us back on our feet within a few short days after a large water leak. The guys were very professional and honest.

Servrpo stepped up and helped ease a stressful experience. The day my house was going up for sale my hot water heater started leaking while I was out of the house. To make matters worse, it was located in the attic and water leaked down two separate walls.

After shutting water off to the house and draining the water heater I tried to figure out what to do. A friend saw my Facebook post and suggested I call Servpro. Their team was able to get out much faster than I expected and gave me options for how to handle the damage. They weren't pushy and made sure I understood the outcome of each option.

They setup several fans and dehumidifiers for draining/drying out the water. It was shocking to see how much water that was being drained out. It took a few days and a little paint/texturing, but the walls came out like new. I was only delayed putting the house on the market 4 days, and I can't imagine how long it would have taken without Servpro. I highly recommend this team for any water catastrophes!

They did a great job, especially considering the demand for their services caused by the large number of homes that needed help at the same time. I especially appreciate the responsiveness of Clifton Board, Albert Sifuentes, and Martha. They were also very cordial.

Aaron found out our family was having a water leak. Although his family was visiting from out of state, he stopped what he was doing, and brought them clear across town at 5pm traffic (in the pouring rain!) to care for his client. That is type of care and company you get when you need help. Highly recommend them...

Great team to work with

Servpro of Northeast Ft Worth not only took the time to thoroughly explain the process for getting rid of a mold issue in my bathroom but also made sure that the reconstruction part of it went smooth even though a different contractor completed that portion. Josie and her office team were always available during my hectic times. Forever grateful for Servpro of Northeast Ft Worth!!!

Working with Servpro was refreshing even during a difficult time for us. Albert and his team were transparent and always communicating with me keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Great people and excellent service!

My wife and I had a slow leak from a broken pipe beneath the slab, beneath the toilet. For a while the toilet would leak each time we flushed, but not enough to immediately see. The only tell we had was swollen baseboards. After a while of this "silent leak", carpets, baseboards, and drywall were all soaked and, mold was found.

Then, enter Mr. Plumber, who served us a ridiculous plumbing bill. To say the least, my wife and I were not excited to spend more $$$ on restoration, not to mention rebuilding. But mostly, we were not excited to get another earful of jargon, that we did not understand and had no way of telling, if it was true. However, that was not our experience at all.

Aaron and his crew were extremely informative and did everything they could to salvage as much as they could. Which saved us big $$$$ in the end! I'm told by several people, that another restoration company especially the ones that rebuild what they rip out; might have taken more than what was needed. As I thought about it, I realized there wouldn't be anyone to say otherwise....

With Aaron and Servpro of Northeast Ft. Worth we felt very confident that, this was not going to be our experience. They took there time telling us every possible detail before they began, and even came over to reexplain to my wife as I did not want to try and regurgitate what they told me. After the very minimal demolition, they sprayed for mold, set up the drying fans, and let us know exactly what would happen next. They came to check the drying process each day until everything was dry.

To sum up the service that Aaron and his crew provided, I would say it was honest, efficient, and cost effective! More $$$ in my pocket and language I can understand equals 5 stars in my book

Our law offices experienced a water leak. SERVPRO repair truck and 3 polite and well dressed technicians arrived within an hour. After 3 days, the job was finished.
