Adam Martin especially was the most helpful in cleaning up the water damage made by our water heater. He was really polite and did an amazing job on my floors! I swear, I haven never seen laminate flooring look this good!!

Austin Bucko did a great job repairing our floors. He was very efficient with his time and did great work. We are very pleased with his work. He is very kind and professional. I highly recommend Austin for repair work!

Grant and his team were extremely professionally, efficient, courteous and friendly. They were prompt every day with refilling the de-humidifier and when they started there was a foot of standing water. On completion it was as if it never happened. I would recommend use of servepro and ask specifically for Grant’s crew!

Well let me first say nobody on earth is perfect. We all have flaws. With that being said, this is the second I have used Servpro for services. This time around things were going ok and then we hit a wall with communication and the understanding of some of the next steps during this process.

What really impressed me was that Jacob realized that somebody dropped the ball. Called me up. Apologized and said he would get right on the case to make sure all my issues and concerns were taken care of. I was like wow. People today let alone companies act like they make No mistakes and then sometimes get arrogant when concerns are expressed to them. Well not Servpro, Jacob and crew.

They showed back up, got things moving very quickly and got things done in spite of my insurance adjuster moving like he has no legs, hands or feet as far as payment for services are concerned.

The crew that I mentioned earlier that was with Jacob—-Charles, Michael and Darvon were incredible. Very good attitudes and funny while taking care of my home. These guys were on the case handling demolition and mold inspection part of the process. . The crew that moved out my furniture was good too. Great workers. Removed my downstairs furniture out quickly so the areas would be clear for the other crew to work

With all that being said, this experience with Servpro has been a major highlight in this process in restoring my home from the flood we had. If you are ever in need of these kinds of services, call Servpro and ask the staff to send Jacob and crew for services. You will not be disappointed.

Ceasar and his crew were so kind. They were professional and did an amazing job is keeping the area they were working in clean. They worked quickly and efficiently. I’m super impressed by everyone I’ve dealt with through service pro.

We called Servpro Lake Arlington to inspect our home after we had a water heater leak. They detected moisture in the walls and brought in equipment to dry out the walls. We have to proceed with an insurance claim but are working with Cesar to run thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about what to expect going forward.

Jacob came out to inspect our roof , and he was great! He was professional and courteous He explained everything thoroughly and even offered to communicate with our insurance company to help us with a job that wasn't done properly by a previous company.

Eli, Cesar, and Jose from this company worked very hard and well. They were good natured, efficient, and understanding of the homeowner’s distress at flood damage. We would highly recommend this crew.

After my hot water heater busted I wasn’t in the best mood. Tony and his team came out and made it 10x better. Tony explained everything they were doing and didn’t complain once when I asked a million questions. The following week while everything was drying out he made sure to keep in contact and let me know how everything was going. He was a great communicator and made me feel like my concerns were valid. He made sure to double check all of the floors and make sure everything was in good standing every time he came to check on the progress of the dry out. His team was crazy efficient and so so nice while I was so stressed.

ServPro was recommended by my insurance agent after we had a flood in our home due to a leaky pipe. They made it so easy. They took the claim number and worked with my insurance agent to make sure everything was preapproved. They packed up all our stuff quickly but carefully. And a couple of days later they brought back what could be salvaged. A week later the insurance company sent me the check and they came to my house to pick it up. I was never inconvenienced nor worried. Haney And her team were simply wonderful to work with, and very understanding as our emotions and temperament were all over the place due to the stress. She was a calm and helpful source throughout. If I ever have to face a disaster again, I’ll be calling Servpro.
